3rdcall from them today. No one speaks and it's only 12:30 BC time

This 800-634-7099 number has to stop harassing us immediately! In less than 1 day, they have called me 6 times! And they call like this every single day! Stop!! You deserve to get sued for doing this, stop calling and harassing us multiple times a day! I shouldn't have to turn off my phone to everyone just to avoid your insistence and harassment!

I will not answer the call because if it is a bill collecter and they want money the have to request it in writing.
Whoever assigned the number should block it.   My solution simply call the RCMP  and  ICIS

So, I received a call from this number. It was a girl who speaks French and she told me that she wants to talk with my husband. She pretends that the call is from <<CITI.CANADA HOME DEPOT>>.
I told her that at this hour (8:43 A.M) the people generally works and if she wants to speak with my husband she can call him on his cell phone or if she doesn't have it I can give she his number. But she told that my husband have to give she this cell number. She told that is urgent that my husband call at 1800-634-7099. She gives me the hours when my husband can find them. I didn't understood very well. Something like: Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I asked her if it's a promotional call or another thing like that and I told her that I'm coming to feel strange, worry about her call. She told me that she understand and fell sorry about that, but she can't say more and she expect my husband to call them. After, I looked for this number on Internet and I found this information.

Je lui ai dit qu'à cette heure-là (8h43) les gens travaillent généralement et si elle veut parler avec mon mari, elle peut l'appeler sur son téléphone cellulaire ou, si elle ne l'a pas, je peux lui donner ce numéro. Mais, elle a dit que mon mari devait lui donner ce numéro. Elle a dit que c'est urgent que mon mari appelle au 1800-634-7099 et elle m’a donné leur horaire. Je n’ai pas très bien compris. Quelque chose comme lundi de 8:00a.m. à 8:00 p.m. et vendredi et samedi de 8:00 a.m. à 4:00 p.m. Je lui ai demandé si c'est un appel promotionnel ou une autre chose de ce genre et je lui ai dit que je suis venue à se sentir étrange, s'inquiéter de son appel. Elle m'a dit qu'elle comprenait et était désolée à ce sujet, mais elle ne peut pas en dire plus et elle attend que mon mari les appelle. Après j'ai cherché ce numéro sur Internet et j’ai trouvé ces informations.

This is A SCAM! Some people do pretend to be a certain company to steal your info. Obviously this number scams people. As you can see from other people's post, they Do NOT even own an account with Home Depot! They even called a business number who does not own an account with HOME Depot. REMEMBER, If ever you have questions about your accounts including HOME DEPOT, GO THERE IN PERSON!! NEVER GIVE OUT INFO TO PEOPLE on the phone  WHO CALLS YOU

This number calls continuously all day....starting early in the morning.  Please stop calling or leave a message.

they call about 10 times a day. hang up as soon as i answer

they have been calling me everyday... today to this minute would be the 3rd call ...today alone!!!!   How can I make this stop?  I do not answer the phone when I see the ID

I answered. Person on the other end  said "hello" and I replied in kind. And then she immediately hung up. So rude.

The caller claims to be with Home Depot Credit Corporation. They keep asking me 4 someone else's name. Who is definitely not me. I tell them they have the wrong number. Yeah they continue to call two and sometimes three times a day. Being nice up until now. Now I'm kind of

They call from 7am -10pm. I normally don’t answer 1-800#’s but after several calls back to back and no message left I became frustrated. They’re CITI for Home Depot Credit Card. She asked me why I haven’t paid my bill. I said I paid last month well before due (and more then a minimum payment) I’m also on no interest for 18 months. I asked when my bill was mailed since I haven’t received it yet. She told me it was mailed this morning and due in 10 days...  I’m sorry but WTF. It’s not due for 10 days, the bill hasn’t left their mailing dept. yet and you’re seriously wondering why I haven’t paid?!?  She then tells me I have great payment history and to give her another credit card to pay this one off. Umm no. I pay in store. She then starts asking me why I’m being difficult!!  The longer this call went on the more it sounded like fraud. I don’t know if this really was CITI or a scammer who spoofed their number but I’m sticking to not answering 1-800#’s again after this frustration. If this really was CITI, you are going to loose a lot of customers by harassing them for money over a week before it’s even due, especially when you’re more then aware the bill hasn’t left your mailing office yet.

They call ever day, Mon-Sun at all times of the day relentlessly and there is no reason for it. If it keeps up I will cancel my Home Depot account altogether and take my business to home Hardware. No idea why they are harassing me and it is harassment.
