They are calling me at least 4 times per day. When I answer, there is no one there, no noise, no voice, nothing. It is getting on my last nerve and there is nothing I can do about it except write this 2 line message.

This is getting so irritating!! They called 17 times yesterday!! SEVENTEEN! I'm getting tired of this !

They phone 6 times a day! Very annoying then when you try to give them info for the reason they are calling they won't take it from you. So I had my husband call and deal with them, then they call my cell saying that he never called so basically calling me a liar! All I wanted to give them was our new address! Don't ever get a Home Depot card they are the most rude annoying people to deal with!! I'm cancelling mine!!

why don't you get a phone with call block ..

They called here to 9:15 am then 1:30ish pm and the again at 1:42pm , SAME day. If it is home depot, my account is in sanding order. There's no reason for a phone call, led alone three!

Ok so some of us have paid more than suppose to monthly and I paid off a $5000 remaining balance 2 months ago yet they keep calling me as well ? Hmm it's not always our fault. Just my 2 cents.

Calls very often. last time : Sept. 12 at 9:17am. No answer.

They can't be looking for a payment cause I don't owe them anything - don't have their credit card.  It is probably someone trying to get enough info out of you to pull a scam.  I won't give any info over the phone anymore because my credit card was scammed twice, despite being careful.  I don't know how these crooks live with themselves but what comes around goes around.

Home depot credit collection s from India. I owed 1.23 on last months bill. They call dozens of time. After telling them off I blocked their number and cancelled the CARD.

They call and never leave a message sometimes 2 or 3 times per day

Due to Canadian privacy laws legally they have to verify they are speaking to the correct person they prob look you up by phone number there verify you by ur address. They need to verify before they can give any info as to what its in regards to legally

Calls come in around 8:15 AM, I understood that these types of calls were not allowed before 9:00 am (local).
I have a CITI credit card for Home Depot and made a payment yesterday and received a call at 8:05 this morning. I guess they need time to process the payments.
I, like others who left notes on this site, don't answer the calls.

They call me at least 10 times a day and I don't even have a Citi Home Depot Credit Card!!!

They call us all the time. Don't leave a message. Ask for information about us when we call back. The number is not listed on any of the websites. Very much seems like a scam.

From other reports it sounds like it *may* be a collection agency, but we pay our bills on time and pay down much more than the minimum payment. I do not understand why they call, then go to dead air, or don't leave messages.

In the past 2 hrs (1130 am -130 pm) 7 yes SEVEN calls from this number.  The really sad thing here is that is the norm for these clowns in an average week I receive close to 50 calls from this number (my caller Id holds the last 50 and many is the time at least 45 were this number) Neither my wife nor I have any type of Home Depot Card and quite frankly I never will get one based on their acts.
