I had the same thing happen to me TWICE and asked them to remove my phone number from their list but they did not.
They are VERY RUDE and wont' tell me who or what company they are from.
Diane is the b...ch who mouthed at me and I was very polite.
I should never have given them my phone number to delete, because they now have it in their data base. Before, they probably just got it randomly. That appears to be their trick...they ask YOU for your number and now they have it.
Will seek a consumer reporter from local station and hopefully they can warn others.

We are on a national do not call list.  This company has called us two times daily for the past five days.  The caller leaves their tele# and ext. requesting that we return their call before 3pm. Sometimes the number on the caller id is "unavailable.  There are no details to the message other than previously stated.  I've never heard of this company  "OCS". I haven't bothered to call them back.  Can anyone tell me who "OCS" is?

Yes...this looser Ross had the worst attitude. He had the nerves to tell me to borrow money to pay his butt for a Macy account that I haven't been able to pay since December, lol. He also had the nerves to say I wouldn't recieve my school money because I don't want to settle a $300 debt with this company....FAKE!!!! FAKE!!!! I am reporting and looking them up on the Better Business Bureu....

whenever anybody calls tell them to send it on paper. do not say anything only that you do not hear or dont trust phones but make them send it in writing. when it arrives send a reply that not enough info was sent and you need more detail.if they call tell them that so and so is not available as they are on the other line. if they ask to call back tell then it will be like about midnite or so. one last thing you should know  IF THEY CALL YOU you can say anything (and I mean anything)and you can threaten thier well being.you can even offer to sodomize them. but if you call them and do that that is harrasment and can get you in trouble so when they call you, ask what color of panties she (or he) is wearing and take control of the conversation from the start have fun !!!!!!

Got the exact same message at 4pm on a saturday "This is Sandy, I've been trying to contact you for some time...."  etc. etc.   extention 111.    

I think it would be unwise to return this call as this may just be some random phishing call..   I will wait to see if they call back.  I've never set foot in a Macy's.

I dont take their calls but it's rediculous they call every day.  They deliberately leave off company infirmation and it's clearly some tatic to get people to call.  The is harrassment!!  Ive read all the comments and quite frankly am surprised this company is seemingly unstoppable!!!

813-849-6664 this is the number that she called me and then she left a number 800-670-9944! ext 239 and her name is jackie. She's so rude, and she didnt left a message in a nice way! geez! god bless her heart!

I have gotten calls from this number from someone named Sandy.  If this is a Collection Agency, they are barking up the wrong tree - we have no unpaid debts and never have. We never answer calls from "Unknown number."

Sandy calls my number daily.  Always the same recorded message.  She never specifically asks for anyone's name.  She just says she has been calling and trying to get in touch with me for a long time.  She tells me she will be available until 3pm daily, but again never says who specifically she is calling or why.  She lists her phone number as 1 800 670-9944 X111

Have recieved phone calls to my cell from this number the past two Saturday's only.  When I answer, they hang up.  Last call was at 7:36pm - illegal to call at that time on a Saturday and I didn't get to the phone in time, so I got the rude message from Sandy.

I am in the process of paying off all my bills - 4 months ago, I got my credit report and have re-checked it.  This company not on there.  I will once again ask for another credit report, but I suspect it will still not be on there because I have never recieved mail from this company.

My next step (and I suggest you all do the same) is to track when they call and keep the list with you - dates, time and phone number.  I've already filed a complaint with the DNR list; while it doesn't really do anything for me, if the same number keeps popping up the federal govement will have to investigate.  

I also belong to a pre-paid lawyer service - I would recommend that if you don't, find one in your area.  Most should also include some type of credit protection (either they monitor your credit reports or help you clean it up, etc).

Once these people have called me again (and I suspect from reading this blog, they will) call your lawyer and ask how to proceed.  I've heard (and I may be wrong on this) that you can go to small claims court and file a complaint and get money for each time they have called.  If true, that would shut them down once and for all.  But check with your lawyer and your credit report first.

These people have been calling me for years too.  Every time it’s from Sandy saying she has been trying to get a hold of me and yady yady.  I have attempted several times to call them back but to no avail.  

So… I just setup an auto-dialer, using Skype, to continuously call them.  Right now it’s just a muted mic, but I shall soon add a message that says I will stop calling them, when they stop calling me.

A sandy keeps calling our number and never states her company.  Just insists that we call her back.  I never have, because we keep getting credit calls for people who don't even have this number anymore.   call her back at extension 111 Sandy

Use their 800 number to return their calls--over and over, as many times as you can--to leave your own recorded messages on their phone system, and let them know what you think of them.  Someone at thier end has to spend time screeneing all those calls.

Report their violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

They keep calling every 20 minutes.  I am on the do not call registry and I am writing to report them

They must be at it again. So many pieces of work out there. I have received a phone call from them in the last day or so.
Working on my "do not answer list". With how many times they call.

REceived a call from 800-670-9944 they left a message stating that i needed to call back immediately and left extension #111. Well when I called them back the extension # was wrong so I hit 0 for the operator and a lady answered and asked me what number they were calling and I gave her my number she told me to hold on and the HUNG UP ON ME. I called back about 6 more times and now they wont answer their phones. SCAM!!!!!
