- CarolFianlly I reached a rep after long waiting period, Surprisingly she was nice, and promised me they will gave me refund. We will see!
I just don't know how can an online store give away your information like this!!!!
Now I cancelled my credit card, and somehow it might ruin my credit! - RMI was charged $12/month for 2 months after making a purchase at largodigital.com. I called and was transferred to a representative - when on hold their was no music or tone, just silence so I wasn't sure if I had been disconnected, but eventually a person came on the line and agreed to remove the charges. Be sure to explicitly ask them how many months they have been charging you and how much, then tell them to remove the charges.
- YYI just found out this and realized that I have been paying for $10 a month to this odd fee for many months. I called the bank and they said they will put a dispute to this. I wonder how to get most of my money back. Can anyone help me answering that?
- KSHmm.. Looks like there are a lot of victims for 'Shopper Discounts'. I have been charged the close to an year now. I realized it just today and I called up this 1800 889 8776 number. The customer care lady told me that they got the information from Wirefly.com when I bought a cell phone from them back in June 2007.
I pressed for a complete refund for the amount and the lady told me that she will do that immediately. Hopefully, things should be fine now. Ppl, beware of such fraudulent companies. - Julioi didnt recieve a call but the did charge me 12 dollar in my cheking account without my permission

- J. WillinghamI just finished speaking with a customer service representative (euphamistically speaking) form this company:
Marty Isaac
Senior Vice President
Shopper Discounts & Rewards .
...she was vile and revolting and attempted to be condescending--she could wiggle her way out of the fact that I had done my research and called her hand on what she and her company represents.
The email that informed me I had 30 days to cancel, was intercepted by my spyware and sent to trash, where it belonged.
Oh, by the way, I am getting a refund--they are applying the $10.00 to my account they are cancelling!
By they way, they got my credit card information from Carol Wright Gifts, Inc. Although this vile and reprehensible "thing" told me she wasn not connected to Carol Wright Gifts, Shopper Discounts & Rewards made reference to CW Gifts in their email to me.- Caller: Shopper Discounts & Rewards .

- BSi keep trying to call the 800# but it wont let me talk to a representative. i was charged $12 and i would like to know how to get it back
- RandyI was charged $10.00 from my checking and did not order anything!
- JFI just discovered the same monthly charges on my credit card bill.
They have charged me for 4 months so far. It's weekend, so I need to wait until weekday before I can call them to refund me the charges.
This is clearly fraud.
Is there a way to report this company so that it'll stop?
This can't continue. How many people are they cheating?? Unbelievable. - ryan rinaldisame thing, what do id
- cg| 1 replyJust like all the other above people, I too had 14 months of charges put on my credit card without my knowledge. I cancelled my credit card and then called the 800-889-8776 number for the shoppers discount. They claim I will receive the charges credited in 3-5 days. Who knows? They told me musicnotes.com is who gave them the business. I called musicnotes.com, told them it was a deceiving way for them to do business which they disputed with me. They claim there is no fraud involved. Sure seems like fraud to me. Beware of shopping at musicnotes.com. I know I'll never shop there again and anywhere else I see other people have had problems with.

Shopper Discounts & Rewards - SanI purchased something from Buy.com and I got an email that I will get $10 discount on my next purchase. I used that for my next purchase from buy.com and I was been charged $12 from Shoppers Discount.
I just called those guys. They were trying to explain me about the charges, and membership benefits. I stopped them to have a lengthy discussion, and directly asked them to refund my money back in 3 bussiness days and cancel my membership. - RandyShopper Discount charged me $10.00
I didn't order anything from them. - DJBThese people charged me $12 on my business credit card. The woman at first stated that someone in my household joined their discount group. I informed her that the credit card belongs to a COMPANY and I OWN THE COMPANY! Then she stated that when I made a purchase on BUY.COM, I clicked on their membership link. B.S.!! I AM OUTRAGED BY THIS CRAP and BUY.COM will hear about it!!
- HollyI checked my statements which only go back to 6 months ago. I called the credit card company, and they asked me to call the mechandise first. I called them and found out that I had been charged a "direct marketing-continuity subscrition" fee for 12 months! I was shocked! The company promised that they will give me refund in the next 3-5 business days. I am waiting to see if they keep to their words. This is a horrible experience. Do check your statements and track every posssible fraud!
- Darth HidiousI to had this happen to me. My charges started when I bought a painting from Art.com. I called the number on my credit card statemant. When the automated message started I pressed "0" and it took me strait to a rep. I told her to cancel my membership and asked for a refund. She told me that I should get my refond in 3 - 5 days. I have been charge for the last 10 months and I even reported a lost card three months ago. Some how they got my new card number even though I haven't orded anything online sence the lost card. When I called Art.com they have no way to delete my account. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ART.COM.
- MelissaI received charges on my visa/debit card as well.. I noticed it in September and called the number- they could not pull any information up by my name- finally i gave them my visa number ( i was really scared to but figured they already had it since they were billing me) and they assured me i would receive a refund for the 3 months they had billed me...It is now Dec. and still not refund. I called the company again last night- same thing as before- could not find any information on me- gave them my visa number and sure enough they found it- they assured me again- i will be credited in 3-5 days. i checked on the Better Business Bureau web site and they have had over 1,000 complaints filed on this company-
