I just caught the 12.00 buck scam and went back to 2008 on my online banking and they were charging me back then!!  How the heck can I get my money back?

Found $12 charge on my credit card bill.  Called the number - obviously they receive a lot of calls and complaints regarding these charges. Mine was due to a Shutterfly order. They immediately offered to reverse the charges. When I asked about the problem, he stated they can reverse up to 4 months of charges over the phone, and if someone has incurred more than 4 months of charges they can complete a form and receive further credit - hope that helps someone else out!  Now I'm calling Shutterfly!

I just noticed a charge on my bank statement from shoppers discount, called them and found out that they have been doing this on my account since April 2005 from a purchase my wife did from anydvd.com.
They were pleasent to deal with on the phone and authorized to credit me 4 months of charges, they are sending me a form to fill out for additonal charges prior.

I had the same problem. It a waste o f my time to call them.
And the CitiCard did not help. They can not contact this company
on my behave. It makes me not to want to use the credit card ever again.
I feel violated.
It's so damn annoying when something like this happen.
People at "Shopper Discount" need to be hung.

i ordered from Pizza Hut and to use an online coupon my card number was used to automatically sign me up. I called the number and they said you have a 30 day free period and then they will start charging. I said I never authorized it to begin with so how would I know about the 30 day trial period. They cancelled my membership and said I would get my money back.

Lesson: do not buy anything online

For me it was $12 a month.  All I can say is don't click the discount option.  They were polite in cancelling the "service" and come to think of it I didn't save any money on anything in the process.  A sucker i am no longer!!

I have had 12 dollars a month stolen from my account for over 22 months, if I do not get a complete refund, I will call the magistrate. This is stealing no matter how they portray it.

I bought a cellphone from Wirefly.com 4/07 and had no idea that $10.00/mo. was being put on credit card. Just briefly looked at statements online banking. All that shows up isShoppers Discounts 068510000 ct. us 1-800-889-8776. I called my credit card comp. and I am getting this years ($40.00) credited back and got a confirmation number for the other 4 yrs. 8 mo. worth of charges. DO NOT BUY FROM WIREFLY.COM. How can it be legal for them to give out that info legally?

Just noticed a $9 charge and searched the number to find all the complaints, sure enough I've been charged a recurring $9 each month!  I called the number and they said I signed up after placing an order on vistaprint back in May of 2005...those pop up offers they show...which I never participate!  Holy S!@#, I've requested a full refund of the charges and they say I should see it in 3-5 business days...I hope so.  Think I'll be posting a few more warnings on other sites and contacting vistaprint about how unhappy I am.
