My situation is pretty much the same as others.
Keep getting calls from this number.
Sometimes, many times, all the time....it's very annoying!
I always assume it's a sales call, or advertisement or something like that.
They better stop calling people again and again and again!
Or else, I will do my best to track them down and sue the company, and make a huge embarrassment on their company!!!
I know it sounds overreacting, but this is for the best for everyone.

This phone number called me 5 times in a row. Everytime I answered there was music and i hung up immediately. It did give a caller ID. The ID was, TLP_STN_2605042. I have never seen this before. Date of calls 4/12  at 1619 or 4:19 p.m. I finally unplugged my phone. When I searched the number, it shows up as Time Warner. They should put their name in caller ID and not TLP........ Not good for Time Warner

The multiple auto-calls from 7am to 10pm keep asking me to confirm their appointment, and telling me to press a key if I want to keep their appointment. Of course I want to keep it! This is harassment to try tricking me into dropping the appointment.
Why? Well the Tech Team is sending a router guy out. Again. They can't get my Extreme Speed wifi to stay extreme, it keeps dropping down below even the Standard Speed limit. Yet they sure bill me for it!

Kept trying to get my name and address. I wouldn't give it out. Said it was a follow up call to a ticket I placed. Wrong I don't have them as my provider.

Called me  on 9/23 at 4:10 PM. I did not answer -- left no message.

caller wants acct information---finally got a real pearsonto talk to but he was from Guatalama City--no dice

In our case this was Time Warner (Spectrum) confirming an appointment to install cable. Of course, If you didn't sign up this might be an annoying sales call, if you did then this is legit.

Called and said she was the electric company bookkeeper.  Said I owed $165.93 in late fees on my bill.  Had a man in the background coaching the caller on what to say.  Had my daughter check my account online.  I overpaid my bill in the previous months on purpose.  The bill says I have a credit of $134.65, and the amount due is $0.00. Company bookkeepers DO NOT call customers.  If you are late on the utility bill, they add late fees and the amount owed to your next bill with a notice that states DUE NOW.  These people are trying to steal money.

Debt collector. Left a message for me to call back.

I received this call today..it is the Spectrum (TWC) service guys.  They are confirming our service appt.

I answered and no one says anything.

Left a message claiming the were Spectrum regarding my account so I took the bait and called back.  It's someone trying to sell medical alert systems.  Don't waste your time calling back unless you need a medical alert button.

It is spectrum telling me my service is back on, there was a outage for my area

Its the cable company calling me to let me know my cable is back on.  as if i didn't know .

I got a call from 270-512-0999 and they told me that in order to get off their list of calls (I am a long time participant in the useless 'Do Not Call List' DNCL). I have looked up the recommended number 1-800-892-2253 and this number is on this reported call list. Here is what I wrote about them at the 270 number mentioned above:

(270-512-0999) Fed Up With Fed Useless Programs! I am on the Fed 'Do Not Call List'. Useless! This number calls me twice a day for weeks. I finally called back: 'Spectrum Telephone' was trying to sell telephone plans. I told the operator that I was on the DNCL and they were breaking the law. The operator gave me the number 1-800-892-2253 as the number to call to be removed from their list. Now, think about that!  Why the heck do I need to call some number so they (Spectrum) can follow the law?

P.S. I have not called the 1-800 number. I think I'll ask my elected representative and senator to have someone do that for me.

I am so sick of telemarketers, scammers, nonprofits, spoofers, etc, etc, etc.... I'm calling my Congressman Ralph Norman, and my Senator Lyndsey Grahm today! I suggest all of you righteous complainers to do the same - Call the Government and make them do their damn job!

I guess I'm lucky I only have a cell phone. Just realized they called 3 days ago and left a voice mail. Call block kept the piece and quiet in place during my vacation this past weekend. I never knew they called. Thank you technology. 😁
