Caller ID says Capital One.  No message left so I blocked their number.  If this is legit, they would have requested a call back.

Rec'd call from this number saying they will steam clean my carpet, upholstery & drapes at an
affordable cost. Said press 1 to make an appointment. I hung up.

Some guy from some third world company called me from 800-903-3637 about lowering my interest rates,When I already have that issue resolved.He asked me for some Personal Information,In which I did not give him.He then got pissed off and said a cuss word,and hung up.Capital One you all have to Please fix this matter. Because it has the real Capital One Automated Recording,A real Capital One Customer may think that it's a legitimate call and end up being Scammed.

I just received a call form this number 800-903-3637. Left voice mail but no name, just said to call Capitol One. When I called I was asked my credit number or social security number. I spoke to a live person and told them I was not giving out my information over the phone and since you called me you should already have it. I told them to send me a letter and discontinue the call

There was a rude and vuglar man trying to get me to pay on a invisible credit card I don't own. This is NOT Capital One it's a hindi scam.

They called me at my workplace. The caller ID said "Toll Free C." I didn't answer it.

Answered the call spoke to a live person and requested to be removed from their list I was questioned. I dont have any credit cards then the guy told me I have a beautiful wife like really WTF.

Clowns called me up to reduce my credit card rate. First off I’m bankrupt and have no credit cards so that tell me they don’t know squat about who they are cold calling. Second, this fool could barely speak English. There is a special place in hell for these scammers.

Caller ID showed Capital One, I let answering machine get it thinking if it was important they would leave a message. No message was left so must be a scam.

Credit card scammer.  Displays Capital One's phone number, but the caller is running a scam.

I knew it was a scam.  He spoke very bad English, sounded like he is from India.  Tried to tell me he could reduce my balance of $4,000.00  (I don't owe anything on the one card I have which is NOT Capital One.  I did as I always do...I blocked the number.

800-903-3637 continuous calls about credit card from Habib sounding man and/or woman, but they don't seem to understand "put me on do not call list!" Against the law to continue to contact me!  I have even blocked the number for them to only continue to try from different phone lines and they have asked me " if I am dumb or what?"  Because I asked them to stop calling and I state that they are fake!

I got the same call. Feeling really edgy about the hole thing I gave him the card number and exp date. As he was pulling up my account I logged into my account. He then actually confirmed to the penny what was due on the card and thanked me for the payment I had just made. So, this suddenly feels like a real sales call, right up until he asked me for my SS#. I refused. He then transferred me to a fast talker who would not give me a number so I could call him back. He got real rude real quick when I repeatedly refused to give my SS#. We agreed I would just have to not have the lower interest charge and I hung up. Immediately someone called me back again, insisting he was "my friend" and could be trusted. Had them then...knew this was some kind of scam. I let him talk then I said, "I think I'll report this to the FBI." He screamed the F-you at me, called me a Mother F... and slammed the phone down. I immediately cancelled the credit card. What I want to know is who do I report this to?
