Get scam calls almost everyday. This one didn't give a business name or persons name just toll free on caller I D so didn't answer. no message left by caller. Never give acct numbers over phone or personal information. If it's important and valid they'll leave a message.

This scammer operation has been promising me for a dozen years that this was my final chance to lower my credit card interest.  This is how I knew it was a scam. I Have not owned a credit card for TWENTY YEARS!

Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. No callback was attempted. I do not have any accounts with Capital One.

Called my cell offering me a 0% interest rate credit card.  I asked how long is it 0% interest and he said forever!  Told him I'd think about it and I wanted a number to call him back on, he gave me 213-218-6257.  Sounded like his accent was from India and his name was Joe.  Likely a spoofed number - scam.  Not giving anyone my personal info.

Got a call from this number today.  Call them back and women with an indian accent answered and asked for the full card number and the last four of my SS.  I told her I would give her my phone number and she should be able to find it with that.  She said she need the number so.  I became suspicious and decided to call the number on the back of my credit card while I had them on the other line.  That  person that answer was a man with a slight accent but not as pronounced.  I asked him to please check out the number 800-903-3637 to verify if it was a Cap 1 number.  He called the number and verified that it was either an old Cap 1 number or a someone spoofing Cap 1.  As a precaution, they will locked my card and will be replacing it.    THIS IS NOT A LEGIT CAPITAL ONE NUMBER.  When in doubt call the number on you card and ask them to verify the number.   Then please, please write a report on these sites to inform the public.

These scumbags pretend to be from Capital One.  They will lower my interest rate, for a small monthly fee...I think some kind of SCAM....I don't even have or use Capital One...BEWARE!!!

recevd 2 miss call from this, i called aback then direct me to capital one customer service, the agent told me might be sales call from them but make sure only call the number from the card since theres too many spam calls

they called me and I accidentely gave them my ss number I am extremely nervous that I did that. Don't know what step to take next. Can anyone help me.

Credit card SCAM.  Female recording, started off "This is the alert system with Visa MasterCard Account Services System... important changes to your account before next filing cycle... congratulations on your payment history... qualify for zero percent interest on all your credit cards." Again, a SCAM using many numbers.

This time the SCAMMER did not respond to hellos.

SCAMMER did not leave a message.  Luckily this robocall SCAMMER has not called me since December 2019.

Yes these scum bags want your private information.  They are not Capital One, hang up...SCAM...

Received call in Florida showing CID info 800-903-3637. Answered to a illegal, prerecorded message, / robocall, calling as, 'important message regarding your current credit card account we have made several attempts to reach you, Member Services'
