We have been getting this call for a number of days now and they ask for someone by the name of Norma.  She does not live here. . . .
I do not have a Citi Card and never have had one so please take our number off of the call list.
    Thank you.

Numerous calls asking for Norma.  Recorded messages so there is nobody to leave a message with.  Same company but different number -- 66229-4242.

My wife got multiple calls from this number today and called the citi bank number on her card. They said that the number is not associated with them and not to give them any info. Thanks for trying to mislead people "d" & "called Citibank"

Yes it is a scam do not give them any info.  I also verified with the real Citi Bank.  FTC is aware of them and hopefully working on it.

Received several calls from 816-420-1002, and this is definitely not CITI cards. I was told to call 1-800-298-6359 and given a message code to in-put. I called the number on my CITI card and gave the information to a real CITI representative, I stayed on the line with her while she called the 1-800-298-6359 number and put in the message code they gave me. I was advised to block the 816-420-1002 number because these numbers were not affiliated with CITI cards. Do not be fooled by those people on here claiming this number is real. Please do the same thing I did if you do not believe me.

    Nope
This is a real Citibank number. I verified with them myself by calling Citibank's 800 number and giving the reference code mentioned in the message. They said they would remove our number. Robin Bernard, wherever you are, you need to pay your Citibank bill.

It's a scam. Caller ID identifies it as CITI, but when I called the Citibank 800 number, they say that they have no record of ever having called me, and that the number I'm being called from is not theirs.

I don't have a Citibank credit card and I got one of these calls.  Gotta be a scam!  These POS people just never cease to amaze me with their ability to think up new and varied ways to scam honest folks out of their money.  If they spent as much time working at a real job, they would be president of that company!

Actually it is not a call if you are 30 days late.  I made a payment and accidently it was $6.34 cents short I started receiving those robot calls just a few days afterward.  A person should call not a robot, I am seriously thinking about ending my account since I pay it off every month.
