They had all of my personal data, even my ssn! They call my entire family and my house. They even know which bank I used to use...uber creepy.

I got a call toady then followed by a 4435773576 number because I hung up on them this is a huge scam!! I asked for a address they could not give me, he said only through via email and phone.  I asked how can I send a payment even though I don't owe anything he could not give me address. I hate these people!!!

Same situation as everyone above. This number started by calling my parents (with whom I haven't lived for 18 years) and leaving an official-sounding voicemail complete with made-up claim number. They eventually got my cell phone number and tried to get me to pay back a loan that never took out at "80% the original amount." That would never happen in the legitimate business world. My advice to anyone reading this is to change all of your passwords (especially banks, social media, and e-mail passwords) to something that is at least 10 characters long and includes numbers, letters, and special characters. Also, make sure to lock down your Facebook and other social media sites so that only confirmed friends and family can read your information--this is the biggest threat facing you when it comes to scams like these.

I just got off the phone and these idiots say I took out a payday loan in Tennessee.  WTF! Not me!

I am getting the same calls...they have been calling my family, worrying my mother and leaving me messages telling me if i don't return their call they will proceed with filing papers against me through the Dallas County Courts System. Is there anything I can do to keep them from calling me and my family.

I have been getting the same.  Janet Smith was my contact  I had someone take loans out in my name in 2009 from an address I hadn't lived at since 2007.  Besides statute of limitations is 4 to 5 yrs.  Back off people.

Got a call yesterday from NRA saying i owed $600 but could settle today & today only for $300.  Lol. I never took out this loan. Ofcourse they threatened going to court  Then today they called & said I owed $710. Hilarious. Such a scam.

Have been getting calls from this number  844 210 5817  and say I owe a payday loan. and if I don't pay it I will go to jail.. So I don't answer any of them but now they are calling my family and my ex  asking for me..I am so tired of these how do we stop them. they have American names but speak with an accent from who knows where, I'm sick of them.

I received repeated phone calls from this number. They harassed me they told me I was fraudulent / a debt that I owe since 2011 from an online payday loan which of course I did not take out. It was finally convinced to pay it I told him to call me back the next day. Then I found this site. When they called me back it was an area code that was linked to my area code 360-282-0524. I ignored the call then found the number for the real national recovery agency which is 717-540-7636. They told me I owe nothing. They called agen and I told then I had contacted the real NRA and I owed nothing and to stop calling me. The immediately called me back withhold music and did not pick up. It was actually kind of funny. This is a completely fraudulent company they are just very convincing

Just got this same call. I was pretty upset about it until I started researching and realized that it's a scam.

Called saying I took out a payday loan and they were going to garnish my check.

This number keeps calling me saying that I have a claim against me with the claim number and that I need to call them. They never mention who they are. I never called them back because I believe it to be a scam.

They called last week and said I had an outstanding loan for 500 dollars and I could settle the account. I ignorantly paid them 200 and set up an arrangement t for 150 more. They said they would take 350 to settle. I called my bank to stop payment on the remaining 150 dollars.

They left a voicemail stating I owed money and called my ex husband of 14 years ago. I've never applied for or taken out a pay day loan. After I called back and harassed them and asked them if they liked fornicating with animals, asked what they were wearing, asked them when they last used peanut butter on their genitals to get their dog to play with them.... She eventually hung up on me.  I marked it as spam and they'll get a number disconnect signal when/if they call again.

They have been calling me for 2 weeks straight askind to speak to a person who is not me, very tired of their calls and unwanted voicemail
