Wish I'd read this before because I've just been done by them too. If I only top up £10 per month on PAYG it's because I'm hard up. I really can't afford this kind of scam, which has seen me forced to top up £30 in 3 weeks. Why is Orange allowing this to happen?? I don't have enough credit left to ring them from my mobile so spent who-knows-how-much on the land line to them yesterday.
It is very clear that I'm not getting my money back from anyone - a fairly unintelligible response from Orange who gave me another number to  ring; fine, till we got cut off. Orange magnanimously offered me 50 'free' texts which expired a few hours later.
I have now barred 82500 from my phone but how many others have yet to be ripped off??!

My son subscribed my number to 85200 using my phone!! As I read through the message that they initially sent to me, they said I can get five free lines into the next draw. When I realised what my son had done i text stopall straight back to the number. I called my network provider, absolutely livid that I would be charged for this, but they said the only charges that could see were the ones that they charged me, to unwittingly activate and stop the service. I have still got lines for tomorrow's draw as i was only entered into the free trial, thank god!!

i have sent stop.and it has gone through

I text STOP back to that number, that i was receiving the messages from, and the messages stopped. I haven't received anymore.

i just text STOP and is has to be in capitals. and they have sent me a message back saying i am no longer subscribed. try this

i did the same. so hopefully the messages wll stop now

I've just checked my O2 mobile bill and nearly got heart attack!! Was getting funny msgs but didn't have an idea what was it. I'm so pissed off I was so stupid and didn't realise that they were charging me!!

keep get lottery text after text STOP but still getting them and being charged through mobile monthly contract.text STOP to 82500 at beginning received text from 87770 to say had been removed but still getting 82500 and get charged again...they do not give you there name on text just 82500 or 87770 also lotterybytext can i get these charges back

i have just had a phone bill for £85! i believe it is to do with a lottery DEVYN4  that sent a txt message to me offering five free lines.

I have already text 'stop' and they still come. What do I do?

I have been scammed by this number taking unauthorised credit from my phone.

I have received several texts from 85200 and on checking my Orange bill I am being charged amounts from £4.50 every Wednesday..

I received a text from an unscripted supplier offering a free lotto draw directly through my moblile phone.  I checked my balance on my phone after a few weeks to find that approx £30 had been deducted from my phone.  This was not a service I wished to have and did not agree to sign up for this

my sons nine and has recieved a text from 85200 obviously being totally oblivious to scams he s replied to the text!Iits took all his credit that he put on with his own money.Its discusting that people get away with scams like this

till now I have paid £13.50 for something I did not want!

Please everyone get together to stop this scam.  I AM GOING TO THE POLICE WITH INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  tHE COMPANY BELOW HAVE SENT OUT THESE LOTTERY NOS AND THEY ARE BASED IN WYCOMBE LONDON.  tHE COMPANY IS CALLED  MARKETING CRAZE LIMITED.
