Lots of people complaining about yurmobile scam. Can anyone tell us the absolute way of stopping this please?

Yeah am another victim, "you have won an iphone please enter your mobile to accept" Then you enter the competion without any thought to some kind of subscription.

I've been recieving text messages for over a month now and I got my phone bill last month and it was over £80+ and I tracked it down to you guys. How these messages started was I got a popup window saying enter my phone number to win an iphone, so I did then I entered the code I recieved by sms and that was it. I never heard anything more until a week later when I got a flood of text messages from 3 different numbers.

Now I haven't subscribed to these charges and if I don't recieve a partial refund I shall be seeking advice on how to pursue my money that they have been charging my network.

Have been requested twice to text this number and told afterwards it will cost £4.50/week to join Regs J.C.

How did you manage that? I called Vodafone who said it's a third party service so sorry about that - nothing we can do. Those yurmobile better watch their backs because there's a lot of people who want to go over to Holland and kill those [***].

I'm getting loads of these numbers on my bill, last months bill was £96.28 in "non inclusive" calls & 13 texts  resulting in a grand total of £124.68 on top of a £40 contract! I sure as hell don't call/text these numbers but i dont know where to start to complain :-(

i am also on contract with o2, and received 19 messages on 15 sept all within two hours. total cost 23.95. o2 not interested. i have contacted phonepayplus.org and awaiting a reply, has anyone had any luck with their complaint?

Youre still sending me those game apps on my mobile 61405505346 and you recently paid me $30 and you saidpaid me the $30 now youre still sending me those game apps and i said stop to them and you still send them on my phone ive been in touch with my mobile company and they said its gone onto my bill and they told me that its extra $40onto my bill so could you please send me a refund of that money i thought you werent hoing to send me anymore of your games so if you dont send me that refund im going to report you to consumer affairs
