I've been receiving the same calls too for several months now. Yup, this china lady is persistent. But she says she's from hong kong. I received the first call saying that I won a trip of 4 on a cruise to  the Mediterranean. She asked me to go to their company event in times square. Told her that I'm from Sarawak. Not convenient to go kl. she said to watch the event on jiayu. Come on, frankly speaking who watches jiayu? She then told me to online cash. Every scenario is the same as mentioned by every commentators here. Must put a stop to this!

this scam still active. just received call also. same story with all here. this girl claim herself as Chen Yan.

I also received the same calls on 27/4, 14 & 15/5/13. The story almost the same. Got 3 ladies speak to me. The first lady claimed that she is 梁weiwei (00852 3069 6927) told me that i was their 2nd price winner after the lucky draw in KL on 27/4/13 and my name was listed on their website www.jmeybuy.com followed by the 2nd lady 杨秀娟 from their finance department with contact num 00852 6635 2079. she explained that the Malaysia government will tax some amount from the winner price but i told her that it's not a problem because i am 1 of the staff from income tax department so she can't do anything about the tax. Next day the 3rd lady claimed that she is from 'Chen Tai' bank of Hong Kong (香港成泰银行) 00852 3050 6803 asked me request a foreign exchange note amounted RM5,800 to their bank before proceed the lucky winner price of RM168K. i refused to do so because i think that amount should be pay by the organizer and our local bank staff said that they should ask for the bank code, bank branch and bank account number for money transfer. For those received this kind of call pls don't pay anything single cent for them, find out more before u act!

I received a same call from 梁微微。Also informed that I won a second prize trip of 4 persons to Dubai. And asked me to provide account no. I purposely asked her many questions until she lose her patience and ask me to use my brain think thoroughly whether i am going to provide my account no for prize redemption. at last, she asked me to check their website and call this number 00852-30696927 then she ended the call.
Please beware this kind of scam. There is no free lunch!

Today i also received the call from liang Wei Wei, i mention i'm winner for 4 person tupai, after that the account call me Ms Yang Xui Jian, also call me & she are mention will call me , next week they will call me & ask me must on my hand phone.


Now i can i do , because i already give to them my maybank account information ?

Hi. I received a call from a lady from Hong Kong as same price you show 3 month ago, then I stop to answer her call since she ask for my bank details.

Today, just  happen I answer her call, and same thing explaint to me to receipt the price of 93K.
And I ask her to call me this friday for bank details, cause not with me now.

So any suggestion before her call?

My dad have the exactly same situation.

I just got a call from +888888888888. It says I have won a 3rd prize of RM93,500. I can either choose to go to the trip in Euro which I could bring 3 ppl along or redeem the money. The pregnant woman story was told as well. Just like Jin's story. The comment you all post is in year 2012, but I got the call today. Is there anyone got the call recently?

This happened to me my sister as well.
About a week ago she got a long distant call from the number 852-3069-7572, a lady speaking Mandarin answered and told her she had just won a 3rd prize of 760,000.00 HK money which can be converted to 99,700.00 CDN because we were from out of China. So after watching a lot of HK "real life stories of fraud cases" we were hesitant of this, but at the same time we continued on, of course aware of the outcome of it. Anyways, so she calls and asks my sister for her banking info, etc and my sister asked if this was a scam, etc she claims it wasn't because it was broadcast on television in China and  the prizes were from sponsors. Anyways my sister ended up giving her health card number because she said that was fine, which we were even suspicious because who would ask for a health card number it's useless to claim prizes? we also gave her a bank account number, but the account was empty. As few days went by and my sister still did not give her an answer regarding if she wanted the prize or not because she gave her the option of coming to Hong Kong or setting up a wired banking account the lady became persistent and she kept calling almost twice a day. Which was funny, because at this moment it seemed like she was desperate, but we already knew it was a scam, but we wanted to play with her for fun. At this moment we already alerted the local bank in case of anything. Finally she calls and she was even more desperate, we told her we googled the number and it popped up to this site and she claimed that all these comments on this site were false and she said you can forfeit this prize. So then we asked her for the website of their company and she asked why do you want it? and we asked for their company address in HK, she asked why as well and we said so we can get a relative to come here, anyways she kept on dodging our questions and finally she hung up and I assumed she gave up out of frustration LOL. Just wanted to let everyone know that they should be aware of these scams, this is also another number she gave us, 852-3069-7582

2nd time call:
江丽萍 call me, give me Maybank account number 151213100264, name: KOW GUAN CHIN, for the process of tax deduction, amount about RM5k++ without this i can't claim the prize. she said after done call this number 0085267270137.

i said ok, u just bank in the prize, and the RM5k++ u deduct. she replied ok, she will process

3rd time call:
雷金来， phone no: 0085253176619 call me, said that i don't have membership, so i cant claim the price, i must have membership so that i can claim the prize and also can deduct to tax deduction of RM5k++ membership fee is RM8K++, she will ask 陈娜 to explain detail to me,

then i said, forget about it, no interested, if u want to give me the prize, just deduct all the processing fee and the member fee.

4th time:
陈娜 0085267273107 call me, RM 5k++ & RM8k++ for member fee, total these 2 processing fee will refund after everything settle and also the prize of total RM144,500.00 will bank in to you. She said my case is exactly the same as Penang winner, she pregnant she decide to convert to cash prize, she already done the above as mention bank in the amount, she already get the prize.

I replied, all the fxxking processing fee & membership should under your organization, not us if you wish to give me the prize just deduct, dont ask me to bank in the amount.

im from malaysia and I received a call a few months ago about inviting me to kl for some event about a hong kong super market about open in malaysia kl , and so I dint have the time to got to kl as everyone here, then yesterday a chinese girl name 李彩虹 called me , stating than I won the 2nd prize of 4 to dubai and I can exchange it for a Rm168k cash money, she ask to give her my ID and bank account No. , I gave her the information as  she CANNOT deduct any money from my account as I dint give her my credit/debit card number . then this morning I receive another call saying the Rm168k I won have to pass a government tax of 15%, and I wos left with Rm142k I said no problem and later on I recieve another call saying that my prize money wos being held by the malaysian court in kl , she told me that I have to pay a Rm5100 late fee to retrieve my prize , the she ask me if I would like her to retrieve my prize for me then I have to bank in to her account, by then I know that this is a scam and then I tell her to DONATE my prize to orphans , she got upset a say why dont we want the prize money ? and we are giving it away ?

Same story here. Now they claims they are from 太平洋数码广场, or 太平洋数码科技公司. They spent almost 2 months with me. Firstly, they said, their company is going open stores in Canada, and gave me a VIP number, and claimed I could get a good discount in their stores. One month later, they said their company would do a promotion in 亚洲电视 and asked me to watch the TV show. Then 1 week after, the lady 何心怡 called me, and told me I am one of lucky draw winners (3rd price). And I won HK dollar 750,000 or Canadian $99,700. They asked me to provide bank account and an ID in order to claim the price. I knew it should be a fraud call. But I just did not understand how they did it. So I started to google the number 852-3069-7572 which they gave to me. Then it brought me to here. So obviously, they are still going on, and there must be some victims, otherwise they could not spend so much time to keep going. I think someone should report this to both Hongkong and Canada police in order to stop them.

Forgotten I receive a call in few weeks back, ask me to attend an event in Sg Wang Plaza on 24/8/13 (Saturday). Definitely I did not go... so just ignore the call from a lady speaking mandarin.

And then I got another call today - 29/8/13 (Thursday).

A chinese lady called 吴家慧. They claimed that they have event on 24/8/13 (Saturday) in Sg Wang Plaza and during the event I've won the 3rd price and she gave their website http://wsdbuy.com (万士达百货）ask me to check the Winner list. So I login ID & password given by her. It looks so real!!!  

The Penang lady story is also same as above. 吴家慧 said the penang lady is a housewife and don't want go traveling, so the penang lady claim the cash.

I said I also want the cash coz I don't like traveling.

She then ask for my I/C, Bank name and A/c no. She said will fill up a form for me to exchange the winning price to CASH!  Yes! I did gave her my IC no, Bank name & A/c no (but no money in the bank)!  And then I called up the bank report for this scam. The bank officer said they can't do anything with only the I/C, your name and bank account no. Unless you have reveal your Debit card/ Credit Card number and the 3 numbers behind the card, then they will use your particular to steal your money.

Haha.... I am waiting for their follow up call. See what trick they will play with me....
