How do i complain to the consumer tribunal?

I have receive several call from this Chinese lady. Very persistent. She also say I won the 3rd prize to Mediterranean. Same story as previous posting as above. If do not want to claim trip can claim cask amounting 160 k. She ask to give certain personal details to her for verification. Of course she want my bank acc. Thanks god I able to search this site that gv me so many info. She gave me a website that really show my name that win thw 3rd prize. www.wsdbuy.com. Really damn real. Jz wonder how this ppl so talented in doing this kind of scam...

I rec such calls too. end of last year, i rec calls from a china girl saying. i. won a prize to go on some trip but i told her i dun want dprizze. She was very persistent,keep on call9ng me to acceppt d pprize.in d end i block her num.
Then last month i rec few times phone num frm hong. kong..idid not accept d phone. calls as i was very sure i hv no relatives or anything from there,n moreover theymight ccharge my phone bills as it was an oversea num.
Sarted yesterday, a private num called me.it was a china girl,saying she is calling from hong kong, an electronic company.she told me iwon a 2nd prize, an audi Q5! However in. order to claim the car we hv to go to Hk,their maincompany. 2nd option is to convert into cash value. I told her tht how could i won d prize when i didnot participate in any competition. Butshe insisted tht i attended their convention few months ago, when im very sure i ddid not.
She gave me their website, d codde num and password. It looks real ,my name s listed there.
Luckily i found this website n really confirm tht it is a scam!!!!
She called again few times todaynbut i just iignore d calls.
This have to be stopped. Isnt thereanything tht we could do tostopp all these scam?

Well it happened to me as well from WSD buy (萬事達國際百貨）nearly believed it, and the account number she wanted me to transfer the money is under ABD RANI BIN ABD LATIF : 6811760333, with this confirmed is a scam... Please beware...

I have same case today, but today is 2female call me . From hong kong olai . I had give my account number but they have our ic and name. So what can i do for my account now.

I am having the same case here. I just received a call yesterday (21/5/2014)  from this lady called " Chen Yu Lu " from 萬事達國際百貨 from Hong Kong. She congrats me that I won the 3rd prize to Mediterranean with 3 persons free. If I do not want to claim the trip, I can claim cask amounting RM166 k. She ask for my bank acc in order for them to bank in the $$. Thank god, I manage to hung up the call by telling her my bank account details is at home & only able to share to her by tomorrow. I quickly google & manage to found out this page & knowing that it it a scam call.

When she called me today, I tell her dont call me anymore as i knew this is a scam call, I told her " DONT WASTE YOUR TIME n ALSO MY TIME " she somemore wants to explain i might mis-understanding her approach. but i can feel, she is not alone, coz she wanted to explained further but someone just cut off the phone.

So i start to google the number and the lawyer. They looks very professional, even can come out with their own website which look very professional. You need to log in to retrieved your prize winning list.

I received a call from a lady which speak Mandarin, claim herself a customer service officer and i won 3rd prize during their exhibition held in Kuala Lumpur.  same story as above.  i'm sure is a scam.

At first I received call from 8520305108609 on 4th June 2014 inviting me to attend an event/exhibition in KL but I just ignore it. Today the Chinese lady called me again and told me that I have won a diamond worth HKD 480,000 in a lucky draw (the lucky number is my phone number), she asked me go to Hong Kong to claim the prize or I can opt for cash (second option if cannot go to Hong Kong) but only can claim HKD 432,000 (90% of the value of diamond). I don’t believe this and she keep explaining that this lucky draw is for the event of their Hong Kong shop to be opened a branch in K.L very soon and this activity is promoting their brand. She asked me to visit http://www.laimax.hk and also provide her the bank account number so that she can transfer the money to me.She is very professional but I very sure this is a scam.

I just received a call from 高小姐, and was told I am the winner of 3rd prize worth 120k to new zealand. Or l can convert to 96k cash, just like the pregnant lady that can't go overseas to claim her prize. Her 公司电话0085230697977公司网址www.fiifan.com. and she used +85262376737 to text me her company wedsite.

Btw, she had my name both in chinese and english, as well as my National ID number. I suspect they gotten my details from those survey forms that I filled at times. Be careful not be believe these scams.

I experienced today, same story , the lady called 叶清, claimed that she  was from 菲凡Hong Kong comapny，
phone number given 0085230697977, phone number recorded from my handset is 907197717505 and 11111111.

said the Event at Sg. Wang, KL , showed on 凤凰台 on 5.7.14, won 3rd prize for 15days 4 persons Europe trip. after deduction won RM 96k. They even dun know your name nor detail.

Please share with friend to avoid them from this SCAM!!

I had received a called too n spoke to them many times.

They did gave me a penang winner too.I did called. And their panel lawyer 朱庆华。 but it's so funny.I had check n double  confirm with this lawyer. She is a female. In name grace chu and she clarify everything with me too. Then they call me again n i said the lawyer dunno u this company then they told me I got wrong person cos they said the lawyer is male and give me another  number to call the lawyer.

Exactly they did the website and everything is so real!
I almost been cheated but IuckilyI found this forum!
