same experience occuron me.... I just give my simple info ic, acct no... hope safe from this scam n wish she call me again, then I can scold her!

this people come to con people again using the same old trick . My wife just received a call yesterday sayinfg the same crap even the

can anyone do nothing to stop this people cheating other , pls dont fell into this scam !

Received a call from a sound china women and the number are private number +0308.said will give me VIP member card for buy Electronic on 80%.

Firstly, she ask me to answer simple question related to electronic and then ask my full name but i straight away cut her phone. And she continuously call me about 10 ++ times....speechless.  

30 mins ago.. i received a call from 018-2140167 saying that i have won a lucky draw for an europe trip.. stated that i was the lucky 1 tat got draw on 10-Aug-2013 on a charity event at suangai wang plaza.. lol..
i will receive RM160k.. she ask me to give her my chinese name and IC no. I did give it to her. then she keep asking for bank detail but i say i forgot my detail. She said she will call me back later after work as i told her my bank detail is at home.

i guess it is the same scam!

i did receive the same call from +0308 but they never ask me any info just age and where i buy my electronic products. will i get the same call again ? its annoying.

I also received it same call from hong kong company 艾民国际精品百货。
1st call, that chinese girl said that company invite me attend their event at times square kl.if not also can watch 凤凰卫视&TVBS, but I not care about it.
Second call, that Chinese girl call again said I win 3rd price is Europe trip hk $420000. Ask me see www.aiminbuy.com, i see is got this web.But I cant go so she said can change to cash,and can get 90% for feed back only so is hk $385000 is RM160000.then after bank in this money , must received a letter, pay government tax 15%.
Third call, that money she will send to hong kong bank and later will send it my account but now because my account is 1st time received big payment from other country, and scare that cash is black. So she want me paid rm5700 to hong kong government for 48 hour, is decline this cash is something wrong,after that can get it back.
after that I go times square to ask, never got any event.

I got the same call as yours.  With curious, I would like to checkout whether this is a scam and 'm lucky to read through your experience.  The girl will call me ths afternoon again to get my bank account number.  I think I'll ask her to donate on behave of me the prize to the Philipina sunami victim, don't disturb me again.  Quite irritating, she call me everyday!

I received calls from the same Chinese lady, with China mandarin accent, 3 weeks ago and also today.

According to her, the company will have their private event at KLCC, the company invited me attend their event, else i could watch 凤凰卫视 from home. She got my full name and phone number from their Marketing department.

I told her I'm not interested in it and i did not watch nor attend the event. The lady was persistent, kept asking "Why did you not attend? why did you not watch the show? Why are you not interested? Tell me what do you know about us?"

After a while, she cut the phone call off when i told her please do not call me anymore.

Very disturbing.

I have received the few calls regarding the same things..
Her name is Li Ruo Xi, saying i have won the prize.
She then direct me to the www.wsdbuy.com to check the winner list..
and my name is shown...
as mentioned by her, need to go to the 活動信息 login ID is last 6 digit of your mobile no. and pass word is 123456.

Just got a called from this lady  called Li claiming she represent Olai in HK same [***] about the prize, I asked for the website and she gave me www.hongkongolai.com, the guided me through to enter my password etc and showed my name there. Wow 3rd prize for rolex worth RM170k. Same [***] again about going to hongkong for the prize if not  they bank in my acc lesser amt of RM144500. I have to admit I am quite convince  after looking through the web, so professional and so real, i  gave her my acct no. After the called, i looked closely at the prize form and then I noticed the word christine buy.com, apparently they used the old form. When i typed in, fortunately it link to this whocallsme forum, glad to read from you guys your experience:-) Most probably she would call me again this few days to tell me I need to join member or make transfer all this crab, So I am preparing myself and see how I can catch her. Any ideas?

Same case with daniel, i did give my bank ac number for the prize process, believe this is scam now.

I got few miss call already from a private number yesterday, I suspect she wants to tell me about the lawyer and the RM5k need to put in, i think I should be receiving her called today later:-)) . I am going to tell her I need to appoint my lawyer in KL and let them deal with each other, see what is her excuse...hahah am having fun. All the best to you

I seems this is a scam. I already received call from bank and ask for swift code to do the transaction. But it turned down because I need to provide a letter to Hong Kong authority on the evidence of receiving the prize. This letter need to pay a fees of five thousands ringgit and a lawyer in KL will contact me if I agree to make payment. I did inform the company that my cousin in Hong Kong will assist me to make payment but they refused to meet him. Until to date, no more calls from them. I am still waiting...........
