I received my first letter from natalie law offices, dated decmeber 1st 2009. The phone number on the letter was 1-866-262-9537 regarding rogers. Next letter I received on febuary 22nd 2010 regarding capital one services (credit card) and the number on this letter was 1-888-653-1524. Same office, natale law offices 2 different numbers. They almost had me over the phone by asking for my bank account information. Refused to do that then they proceeded to ask me to deposit money into their cibc account. Ended up googling this company and discovered that they are actually a credit collection company. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAMMERSSS!!!!!!!

I also got a call from them today. As it was dealing with an old bill that I thought I might actually owe I gave them by bank info. Am I totally screwed now? Should I switch everything to a different account?

They also have been harrasing me at work. The lady seems to think that i need to get a loan so that i can pay of my debt, not going to happen. She asked me very personel questions and i am very glad that a friend of mine googled them because next time she call shes going to wish that she hadnt. She also threatened me that i would be sued and i would have to pay the 3000 for legal fees!!!!!!!

For the past we have received a phone call from global credit saying that we owed money from roger communication inc which we have never account with rogers they asked our personal information to verify. We refused to give to them. Recently we received a letter from natalie law office stating that we have to pay outstanding money within 10 days by check or money order. The letter was full of harassment. We brought this letter to the local police and the police called the number indicated in the letter. The person from the other line hung up the phone right away when they heard the police said "this is a peel region police." we were advice by the police to ignore it and not to give any personal information to them. THIS IS A SCAM. HOPEFULLY POLICE TRACK THEM DOWN SOON.

I've been receiving calls from this number for 3 weeks. Almost every day. Last week the calls became more aggressive. They said they mailed some documents to me (I didn’t receive anything). I never called back, googled the number and found this web site and couple more with complaints on this number.

I'm told regular people can purchase and use these automated phone and messaging services at a nominal cost! A magic jack and small investment means whats good for the goose is good for the gander. Hmmmmm!

Have reported them to every telephone company (Bell, Telus etc.) and agency(government and others)  I can find on these and other blogs.  I am secure becuse I have no debt whatsoever and therefore know for absolute certain that this is a scam.  I also have the luxury (I realise I am fortunate) of not having to work for a living and so have lots and lots of time to follow up on this.  Not for me, but because it p*sses me off to think that these people are ripping people off who are not that lucky and therefore could well be conned into giving information or even paying them.

I also have friends online (white hats - Oh and if you idiots at Natalie are reading this try to engage a brain cell and Google: White Hats - phreakers) and believe me, you have tried to target the wrong mark this time.  I have the time, the money and the sheer enjoyment of going after your [***] and this is going to be fun for me, but not for you. The Americans are emptying out Guatanamo.... so there is lots of space, pack Factor 40 sunscreen for your next trip. And maybe some lube.

I have been getting calls from these people to my cell phone and land line, mainly the ontario number, to my land line, today i received a new number... its based out of Calgary AB, 403-543-4530 to my cell phone. so if anyone gets that number showing up, it is the same people trying to scam you.

I myself have just go a call today from Natale Law Office  office regarding a outstanding payment with Eatons which has been over 16 years or more.  This has been written off along time ago.  Eatons is no longer in business so why after all these year are they looking for money.  Is is a scam????

And to top it off they called my boyfriends cell?

I got a letter from Natale law offices recently. Now in my situation I do owe money to Rogers, however after what I saw on the internet about Natale law offices there is no way that I am doing anything with them. I also saw an internet listing for the Better Business Bureau and Natale was rated a big fat F, people did complain to them. I did not get phone calls (don't have a phone) but my roommate was getting calls from these places meant for me, I can't remember the name of the place.  What I did get were letters from collection agencies before I got this letter from Natale, in fact if I remember correctly one of them was Global. I was reluctant to deal with the agencies because for all I know they could be scammers. I'm calling Rogers to tell them that I feel more comfortable paying them directly. There's too much going on out there.

We have had three calls from this number and it appears  to be a scam.

I have been getting these phone call for years, its always automated and they're never looking for me. I finally called them back at the Natale Law office and talked to a man who said that he would take me off their calling list...........then I read all of this about the scam and now I am worried.

Yes! Love your post. This Natalie b!t$h actually left a message on my voicemail saying what a loser I was for not returning their call and she basically was talking like a low life bully, totally blasting me for not acknowledging (I love spellcheck so much) her phone calls and my lack of "responsibility"  regarding my entire life. I do have debts that I am finally able to pay , so I honestly looked up Natalie to clear up whatever collection they were after and I found this blog. I have debt with Roger's , can't even go into what BS that is, maybe my fault maybe not. But hey, what do you think about a class action lawsuit???

Hey, Thanks for even mentioning Roger's .  Now I know that the freakin' idiot from Natalie was harassing
me because of my bill , which is overextended . I will admit that but that [***] has to learn to be professional , (sorry about that but she really laid into me on the phone) So now I'm going to phone Rogers  and see what the hell is up!

I received a mystery call from this number, saying to call back immediately, I looked them up to find out its a collection agency and i don't owe anyone anything so i'm going to ignore it.

yeah, i started getting calls from this number ... we usually dont answer calls from people that we dont know of.
At first they just left voice messages, the voice of a lady i believe Natale?
After that, just a few days ago, i received a brown envelope in the mail, with the name "Natale Law Offices.
The mail said that i owed money to ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS INC.
We had no idea if we did or not, so we called Natale Law Offices, and my dad sort of thought it was unprofessional
That is when i looked them up, and found multiple threads like this one ...
We've reported them to the local police ... and are hoping something is done about this activity.
