Hi folks..guess what?

It's almost September and she's at it again. She's still trying to collect financial information and personal data on people. Raising old accounts from the dead, pronouncing impending court judgment, spewing threatening vitriol to unbelievers, promoting the healing of sick accounts, amongst other things...what a gal!

Really, I just received a delinquency letter from Natale law offices, lots of copious fakeish (?) legal papers with "Superior Court" (yep you read that right) debt collect documents she threatens against me. Found this site and almost screamed in ridiculous frustration. I had no absoulutely no idea they are an illegal scam operation, and run by a bully with a historical condition.

And to think a city councillors progeny, namely JUDY SGRO's daughter, is the Chief Excretive Scammer. Wow, imagine the muck you can get away with throwing at people when you've got powerful allies!  Perhaps, because Deanna is Judy's daughter she acts kinda untouchable...maybe she behaves like she's above the law.  We should sue Judy just for the harassment D unleashes in the GTA.

well this might be real and might not its kinda hard to say but for sure the seem shady but any collections would did i say dicks yes they are so if you get a call from them be really nice right back its the only way they will understand i am not happy and will be calling the better bizz to c if they have a leg to stand on to call my house with there B.S i hope every one will do the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5.  No creditor shall deal with the debtor for payment of the debt except under the name in which the debt is lawfully owing or through a registered collection agency. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.14, s. 5.



Conditions of registration

(2)  A registration is subject to such terms and conditions to give effect to the purposes of this Act as are consented to by the applicant, imposed by the Tribunal or prescribed by the regulations. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.14, s. 6 (2).



Notice requiring hearing

Use of unregistered collection agency

24.  (1)  No person shall knowingly engage or use the services of a collection agency that is not registered under this Act. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.14, s. 24 (1).



Employment of unregistered collectors

(2)  No collection agency shall employ a collector or appoint or authorize a collector to act on its behalf unless the collector is registered under this Act. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.14, s. 24 (2).



False advertising

25.  Where the Registrar believes on reasonable and probable grounds that a collection agency is making false, misleading or deceptive statements in any advertisement, circular, pamphlet or similar material, the Registrar may order the immediate cessation of the use of such material, and section 8 applies with necessary modifications to the order in the same manner as to a proposal by the Registrar to refuse registration and the order of the Registrar shall take effect immediately, but the Tribunal may grant a stay until the Registrar’s order becomes final. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.14, s. 25.





Practices prohibited

22.  No collection agency or collector shall,

(a) collect or attempt to collect for a person for whom it acts any money in addition to the amount owing by the debtor;

(b) communicate or attempt to communicate with a person for the purpose of collecting, negotiating or demanding payment of a debt by a means that enables the charges or costs of the communication to be payable by that person;

(c) receive or make an agreement for the additional payment of any money by a debtor of a creditor for whom the collection agency acts, either on its own account or for the creditor and whether as a charge, cost, expense or otherwise, in consideration for any forbearance, favour, indulgence, intercession or other conduct by the collection agency;

(d) deal with a debtor in a name other than that authorized by the registration; or

(e) engage in any prohibited practice or employ any prohibited method in the collection of debts. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.14, s. 22; 2002, c. 18, Sched. E, s. 3 (1).

The company keeps calling my number. Anybody important has my email address but they have been calling for far too long. They are up to bad business because nobody else who would hold on to a bone like a dog unless it's BAD.

I would be worried if I were you. Just contact your back and see if they can change you account number. Or at least if they can contact you before letting anyone withdraw money from your account.

I've been getting calls from Natale Law office every day and letters (both dated a day apart) regarding my outstanding PC Mastercard. At first, I thought and still do why would PC want to go to court for the small amount that I owe.  I have bigger debts and non of them have taken me to court. I finally decided to call and Matt Walsh gave me my options.  I let them wait it out abit and decided to call again because there last message said that it was my last chance.  So i called Matt again and he told me that there was a settlement offer and explained what it was so i accepted it and he told me to call him back because i was driving and could not take the bank info to make the payments.  With in an hour, someone else called me (Mr. Jazz), called 5 times in a row to my cell phone.  I called him back and he went on how i needed to pay the full amount and the settelment was no longer available.  He told me that he did a asset investigation and that he found that i owned property and he went on to treaten me with my house and sending me to court etc, etc.   He basically trying to scare me which he did.  Until now, that I decided to google them and came up with so much crap on them!!!

We were getting a ridiculous number of calls and messages every day from unknown numbers-finally just let all calls go to messages. All of the numbers were listed in this site so we purchased a Panasonic. They have a call block feature on many of its models. It's heaven! Works beautifully--if we have saved the number to the blocked file, when they call we hear one ring only meanwhile they get a brief busy signal, then they are disconnected. In about 2 months, the number of incoming calls being blocked (crank calls) is down to about 1 every couple of days or so....from 15-20 a day. But just got a call from this number and right away I checked this site and sure enough...a new number for the "block file". I just wish something could be done to stop this harrassment by phone. We don't haven't got a debt problem I don't know why they are calling and I have no intentions of contacting them. But on the other hand I can't help thinking, what if its a signal of identiy theft or Title theft, etc.? I want to ignore the calls but also wonder why it is happening?  Reading here that people are getting phony mail documents too...that is scary.  My mother is in a retirement home and gets one of these calls from the same number everyday. I've talked to someone at that number, confirmed they have the wrong person, they said they'd take her off their list but it's been 3 years.

Why all of you making such a big deal about  this phone calls???
Block them and it's done. Yes, they change they numbers, but to block them again does not cost you anything...  If you with telus, than that's the way to block:

I laugh about them how they change they numbers... So far i have 8 numbers blocked from them. To block a number it takes me less then one minute. Just wondering how long it takes them to get a new one? Definitely more then one minute... To me, that's a game and I like games. It's fun.

Natale Law Office sent a letter to my brother's widow saying that she owed almost $9,000 on his credit card.  She had notified all creditors after his death and everything had been looked after.  She was panicking and contacted City Financial to try to get a personal loan and they told her that it was a SCAM!!!  What a bunch of vultures picking on a widow who is still grieving.
