They called my celly, I pick up and its a recording "press 1 for english) no 2 for french tho, i press 1, says leave a message after the beep, i hang up, and come here. scammin scamps.

They randomly select a phone number and say that "Federal Law prohibits me from leaving any more information, please call us".  When you call back, they make up some incoherent name and ask you if this is the correct phone number.  I'm assuming it's a new telemarketing scheme...

This number calls my cell and I have no reasons to be involved with this law firm. Their ways are not legal or professional. They need to stop calling me!!!

I keep getting calls from them and the number just comes up as "905".  If I let it go to voice mail they leave a message saying they are Natel Law office and to call back but don't give a name they are looking for or what it is about.  If I answer it they imediately hang up and then try calling back 2 minutes later without leaving a message.

We did get one letter from them that was just addressed to our house and not a person's name.

i've had over 10 calls from them now, but i've ignored them everytime because the message SCREAMS out scam to me by not identifying themselves

The Natale law firm has been calling me every day for 3 months. They want to settle a $3800 account I apparently have with Rogers Wireless.

I have emailed them 7 times asking for them to send me their firms Policyies and procedures.  Mr. Charles Wu was the most recent person I spoke to from the Firm. After I freaked out on him on the phone, He told me he was going to go speak to one of the lawyers and call me back. That was 3 days ago. I have left 1 message and sent emails, no one calls me back. Oh......Since then the phone calls have stopped as well.

Guess I dont owe the $3800.00 after all!!!

After three years of calls from these idiots and their, "law office", I have had more than my fill. For the first couple of years I would politely explain that I was not the person they were looking for (they were looking for someone who previously had the number) and that they should check their records and remove the number from their list. The calls have never stopped. They call every single day, often outside business hours.
In recent months the calls have ramped up to several times a day. Often these calls are hang-ups, and then they call again several minutes later.  Four or five calls a day is not uncommon.

Yes, you should be worried!  Why would you think that giving out personal information of any kind over the phone to anyone is a good idea?!

They are harassing me non stop
this has been going on for a since November, 3 times a day.... its pure harassment and it needs to stop!

I've been harassed by this "law" firm for years. I had a debt. Sure. But it was forgiven, as it should of been since it was from an American company that got bail out money. Billions worth. Remember?
It was an American company giving credit to Canadians. The debt was less than $1,500.  Most of which was interest, not actual money owed. I see those two things differently.
But, anyway, after losing my job, the total, including interest was about $800. It ballooned to a little less than $1,500, as I just couldn't keep up with the payments. I guess someone down there in the states had a heart and decided to cancel the debt. But did that stop Natale "law" firm? Nope.
According to them, months after I received notice that the debt was cancelled, they sent me threatening letters, stating I owed them around $3,500. The letters were only part of the harassment. The rest came in the form of abusive phone calls. I find it laughable that Deanna Natale, signs these harassment letters, with , "Govern yourself accordingly".
Perhaps she should take her own advice and stop avoiding the date she's supposed to make with the Law Society of Upper Canada at Osgoode Hall. Seems she keeps having trouble clearing her calendar (no doubt from harassing and scamming people) to meet for a disciplinary hearing. I hope she gets dis-barred.
She should be; she's a perfect example of why lawyers are viewed with such contempt. And that's unfortunate, because there are actually some lawyers out there, who really care about the people they represent. I wonder if the public is allowed to attend this hearing. I'd love to see this thief face to face.  I wonder how many grandmother's and fathers she's robbed? You must be so proud of your little girl, Ms Judy Sgro. So so proud. A Fiberal to the core.

Hi i just got a call today from this number and i didnt answer it but they left me a messege saying that it has to do with fedral law and i noticed that its a U.S.A. number and im in canada and NO one has my number as its my cell and is very prvt for family only. can you please help me figure out who it may be and how do i stop them from calling me again....... if any one can help that would be great.

So i've been receiving mails from this law firm for a couple months now about debt i'm owing to sears..from like 2007. My dad called them back in 2007 AND I thought this was all taken care of but apparently we owe tons of money to sears (double what we actually owed).

I called the law firm today and an assistant answered and he made out a plan to settle. However, i'm feeling really uncomfortable giving any money to these people because of things i've been hearing.

What should i do?

Dont do anything, in fact i got the EXACT same call about my rogers account which i actually owe money on as well.

so i was actually stupid enough to e-mail them my reloadable visa card, then the assistant whos name was joseph said he was 23, and a few signal flares went off, i cancelled my card, called the fraud department and even went as far as calling deanna herself to explain the situation, and it was just a bunch of [***] stories, its a legit law firm doing extremely unethical and illegal things,

my advice, is if you see the number, pick it up, and itll prolly be Monika who awnsers or someone else perhaps, and tell them you dont deal with scammers and to go forignicate themselves

so yea, dont listen to them, if you actually do owe money to rogers or one of the account holders they are talking about, call them directly and pay them directly, or go through another legit collections or law firm, id stay away from these guys.

My relative called me that they received a call from 1-866-262-9537 and they asking for me!!?, I don't  know how they call me far relative and asking for me, i never gave their number to anyone. they left the number and wanted to call them. when i called them just there is a guy picking the phone , asking your name or info ( smart) and he put you on hold for ever. I dont know what kind sof jerks they are but looks like they found a safe home in Toronto area to take people for a ride. i called Toronto police and report them, I think Toronto Police doesn't have much interest spending time on this petty criminals.

I think the poroblem is Rogers and other phone companies that helping these jerks coming to our lives.

they had contact myself an i had an outstanding debt..and i have be making monthly payments..and stubled across this and i dont know what to do because i cant contat them and i have been making monthly payments...and i cant cancel the unless i contact them myself..

They have been leaving messages on my machine since early December. I almost never use my credit card and when I do I pay it off immediately, I've never been in debt. EVER!!!!! and owe nobody anything.

I've never returned any of the messages, just delete them. They had left me alone for the past 3 weeks until today and are they are now going under a different number 877-241-7839

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number.  They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.
