What about a person who is called at all hours of the day or night...for credit card, bank card etc. companies by her daughter's ex-husband that took all the cards and jacketed them up to the hilt before their divorce... to get back at her? She didn't find out he was just a boy until after the marriage..when she couldn't stand buying him any more toys...while she was the bread winner supporting his*** and the children. Now I receive the harassment calls even though she didn't take back her last name and is now re-married...so I'm the one being lied to! If you want the creditors to stop... then call the Federal Trade Commission and they will stop!... It all!

Oh! You don't need to call an attorney! The Trade Commission will take care of every thing...unless the creditor's contact you again except to tell you only once to tell you that they won't be contacting you anymore or are stupid enough to give you personal information about someone else's account and then get an attorney and you can suit the h*** out of them!

I just received a call from Ms. Morgan @ 866-450-5702 ext 104 telling me that she has made several attempts to call me and has had no success. That I need to call her within 24 hours or have my attorney call her and reference a case number that she left or I will be served a summons at my residence or at my place of employement. When I called back and gave the Case #, the person on the phone told me that it was invalid and that I needed to verify my personal information so that they could pull of my file and resolve the debt. I am not an idiot, not to mention Ms. Morgan doesn't work there any more. Funny, because you just called me 5 mins. ago and now you don't work there? Come on people.....get a life and stop bugging me

After reading all of these post I have a great idea!  Overload their Scam Operation with tons of BS phone calls everyday.  I mean don't even expect a descent conversation with them just call and expect total BS from them while you talk total BS back to them.  Eventually they will get the idea when every single phone call that comes in is a well informed individual who is now just wasting all their time and they are getting no where.  When they can't get a single collection out of this scam then they will go broke... be the virus that breaks their system apart...  sure, they will move on and try this again but we will be there waiting...  I am starting this business and website to bring these people down...  It's going to be called OverLoadShutdown...  Keep watching and google this name for future support... I hate these people and have nothing better to do in my retirement than to pioneer their continuted distruction...

Calling all my family members with threats  if I do not call them

Got a recorded call on a very old phone with no caller ID and they didn't repeat the number so I didn't catch it.  The message didn't ask for anyone in particular.  They identified themselves as Weinburg and said that I needed to call the number back TODAY or they would be unable to help me.  If it was a legit legal matter then they would have given proper service such a certified letter.  Scam.  Scam. Scam.  Not into calling back companies that don't properly identify what business they have with me and/or make it clear who they are calling.
