This actually isn't a scam. The wording may be a little misleading on the letters that they send out.. but they are just selling a government grant guide that walks you through the grant application process which can be very tricky. They don't claim to be associated with the Government at all, and the $25,000 is a guarante that.. if you apply for grants and do not receive them they will refund the money that you pay for their grant guide, and they will let you keep it.

Once again.. it's not a *scam*........

I always go online these days to check out any mailings I find suspicious. With all the Obama changes that are occurring, one would like to believe the $25,000 grant is a real possibiliy, especially when one is unemployed. Thank you for taking the time to write your comments; as a result of these, my suspicions were quickly confirmed!

Received it by postal mail, read it twice, thought OK, new president, what's this all about.  Called the 1-866-576-9176, got a recorded male, if I was interested, don't hesitate, so I pushed 1, got a pushy female, telling me the story of what Grants are available for just $59.95.  I said, I'm sorry, before I give any information or money, I must investigate.  Went on line under G.F. Institute.  No one but our Lord will bless us with free things in life.  The Devil is so cleaver, but not to Christian Minds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received letter. Found on internet. Thanks for the warning. Knew it sounded to good to be true.

They need to be closed down and charged twice for anyones money that have taken!!!!!!!!!!!

i also recived one of these mailers. i called the number and laughed when they told me they needed 60 dollars to send me a booklet. i instantly went on line to search more about this company and all i found was everyone saying it was a scam. i had a hunch. glad i didnt move forward on it and decided to research it first. thanks to everyone who has posted about it.to good to be true....

What i find more hilarious is the fact that there are people out there who think that they would get $25,000 for absolutely nothing. priceless and HILARIOUS!

I just got the same letter and put it in the trash. How can people be so bad...

Got the notice, desided to check it out, before I tossed it out.
Can't someone put a stop to this stuff, got enough to worry about without someone trying to rip us off.  Why don't they work for a living?

I got this letter in the mail today so i figured i would google it to verify its legitimacy.  As i suspected, its a fraud...  This is the fifth fraudulent money-making scheme I've received in the mail this week...  Good grief man, preying on innocent people when so many are in need.  It makes me sick to my stomach.

I received a copy of a written mailing received by a client that listed the mailer as "G.F. Institute, Kansas City Kansas "Your Access to Government Funds."

I just open this paper mail telling me 25k could be mine! What a joke! The way the economy is right now they should be prosecuted for this crap! Don't believe anything, if the government wants to give u money, they will send it too u!! This company should be reported! All they did was waste a tree on this crap!!

I got the same postcard. I checked with Better business bureau and they have no record of G.F. Intsitute in Kansas. reverse lookup comes back no such number.
