Calls all the time and leaves no message.  Who are they?

The recording that answered said it was Bank of America with a brand new offer.  I know that Bank of America never solicits by phone.  No person ever came to the phone.

SCAM!!!! I called the # and unfortunaltly put in my info. They said "Thank you from Bank of America" and hung up! They also knew my name. Don't do it! Now I'm going through this mess of trying to figure out who has my info and how I can keep it safe.

This is Bank of America card services probably calling about a delinquent payment (or mass delinquent payments) from your credit card.  They are calling your child's cellular phone number because that is the one you gave when you applied for the card.  I sure hope you didn't get a card in your child's name and social security number and then default on it.. that would be bad on so many levels...

If it is Bank of America, I don't owe them money so they have no reason to call.  If you want to verify if there is something really wrong with your account then just call the bank of america number on your card and ask them directly if there is anything wrong with your account.  A bank will never call you and request information, they will either send you something in the mail asking you to call them, or they will send you a message online on THEIR website.  Don't fall prey to scam artists.

I have a BOA account but I am not past due on it.  It would call them at the number you have for them and report the phone call.  If it's really them then they should be able to stop it.  I did get a confirmation the last time I complained that it was BOA.  It's probably people in there collections department looking for the easy commission.  Just don't talk to them and call there official number.

Whoever it is they call SEVERAL times a day, but I never answer and will have the number blocked today.

I'm sure it's not BoA, they always send me letters for new service's. And I don't not owe them any money.

Bank Of America uses these people knowing their aggressive tactics. BOA claims to be unaware of them so they can "save face" so to speak with the general public.

I have one thing to say, don't pay Bank of America anything any more to everyone who owes them.

Bank of America was awarded BILLIONS OF TAXPAYER MONEY, yours and mine, to help them pay off their debts. I SAY IT'S TIME BANK OF AMERICA BAILED US OUT!

DON'T PAY BOA ANYTHING ANYMORE EVER, LET THEM FAIL, THEY ARE NOT "TOO BIG TO FAIL".

I know this is a scam. i have gotten legit calls from b of a and they are nothing like these.

I just changed my cell phone number 3 days ago. By my surprise I received a call from 866-635-4316 since I had not even had a chance to notify everyone of my number change.

When I called it rang once and said you are now being transfered to a representative. At no time was a business or company name mentioned. The lady I spoke with said thank you for calling Card Services can I have your account number. I told her I don't have any credit cards. She asked if I ever had a credit card through FII or Bank of America. I responded no and she said we may have dialed your number in error. Then disconnected the call.

Maybe the person who previously had my cell number had a credit card? I'm not sure.

I've been getting robotic calls from this number several times a - early in the morning to late at night.  I called today to tell them to remove my number.  I consider being called like this harrassment, especially since I had pressed a number at the prompt to indicate I was not the person they were trying to reach.  That did not work and I continued to get calls.  When I called to have my number removed, both times the call center representatives tried to make excuses and blame me for the calls.  They need to be stopped.

This is a collection agent for Bank of America Credit cards. When you see the number, go get your statement and call the number listed on there. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK.

Bank of America can eat it!

No message calls frequently

Not sure who these clowns are but they keep callin my home!  PLS STOP!!!!!!!!!!

Its BOA or a collection agent from BOA.  Trust me.  They only ring twice and hang up (just like all the other credit card companies). I'm torn on what to do.  Have been out of work for 36 months and now very ill.

I had no idea that you are a psychic. If you are can you transfer your powers and abilities to me so I can figure out who's calling when they don't leave a message. How dare you accuse ANYONE of getting a credit card with a child's name, phone number, and social security number? Also, do you think anyone with ANY degree of common sense and intelligence whatsoever is going to call back strange numbers that don't leave messages? I even tried calling them back on this number and I get an answering machine, or my call is not answered at all. These uncaring ruthless [***] even called my fiance's father, who recently had major open heart surgery and suffered several mini-strokes during the surgery. I do hope that things work out for you so YOU DO NOT GET SO DESPERATE TO THE POINT WHERE YOU WOULD CONSIDER GETTING A CREDIT CARD USING YOUR CHILD'S NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AND CELL PHONE NUMBER. THAT WOULD BE SO BAD ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!

FIA credit card managerment

Caller claimed to be FIA card Services from Bank of American requesting payment on ue credit card for an amount exceeding $41 ,and the claim was made that a miniumum paymewnt of $31 had to be made right then, and to get out my checkbook and to provide the bank infrmation over the tlehone to supply electronic payment of this amount of money.

I have never been called at home before for a Bank of American VCredit card, nor called by any company said to be represented by the Bak of American called FIA.  I plan to reprot this call also to the FTC.  I have received three other credit card scam calles this morning form other card services but regarding lowering my credit card rate.  I also reperoted theses other calls to the FTC using FTC.gov.

I t seems to me that the Gypsies are all out in full force today on May Day.  Maybe the gypsies erroneously beleive that May Day is a owrker's holiday in the Untied States-- which it is not.  If they are operating on this assumption, perhaps theses Gypsy scammers are also a part of some kind of communist owrkers insurgency-- just a guess.
