Who in the hell is card services???????

A recording keeps calling wanted to varify information for a credit card company (not identified.). The just keep calling, and calling, and calling. We have no outstanding debt so this is obviously a scam.

It's not a representative company or collection agency of Bank of America. In fact Bank of America told me and my husband that that # is an obvious scam. They told us to ignore all calls from that # (866-635-4316). I called our local FBI office to report them.  
We have good standing with our card and that's what triggered a red flag to us.

We get a call from this number several times a week.  We would like something done about this annoying call.

Kept calling me. I called back and some wise [***] got contentious and wanted my phone number. He said so he could stop the calling. I told him [***] and he's full of it he already knows my number. I called Philadelphia FBI. THEY'VE GOTTEN COMPLAINTS FROM CITIZENS. YOU CAN BE RIPPED OFF BIG TIME. I ALSO HAVE A FRIEND WHO'S A FEDERAL MARSHALL. CALLED HIM TONIGHT. I wouldn't want to be these [***] running the scam. As they say"bye bye [***] see you in Attica"!

To get back to them I use Window 7 scan and fax to fax the massage don't call me every minute. program it to repeat 99 times and every minute. Its an 866 toll free number use it to our advantage to annoy them. Hehe.

Many calls, only a few rings then hang up.  Never a message but annoying enough with the phone ringing this much on a day off.

Continuely receive calls from 866-635-4316 on a daily basis, if not more than once a day.  No messages are ever left.  

Feel that this is annoying and harassing.  Would like to add my experience with others so that something can finally be done to stop this nusiance.

Thanks to everyone for posting this info! Both a coworker and I are getting calls from this number night and day! Any idea who to report it to?

I receive multiple calls daily from this number and other 866 numbers.  Both times I've answered it is a recording, claiming to be Bank of America, looking for someone by another name.  At first I ignored the calls, assuming it's a scam.  When I finally gave in and chose the option stating that I'm not the person they're trying to reach, the recording said I would need to speak to someone in order for them to update their files.  Well, I'm not giving them ANY information other than what I've already indicated, that I am not the person they're trying to reach (Veronica somebody).  I would REALLY love to know how to get these calls to stop, especially since they seem to be coming from 2 or 3 different numbers.

I keep getting numerous calls from this number?

My phone identifies it at incoming call from China. OMG, an is from B of A?  Should change the name to Bank of China.

Upss. I really thought it was from B of A.  Must be then a scam, I receive two or three phone calls a day but never answer since the calls are identify been from China and yes, the answering system in my phone goes on but they never leave a message.  From now on I will answer and leave the line open to see if these phone calls stop.

I get calls from this # at least 3x/day - never any message left. I finally answered it today, and it said it was Card Services with an account issue. The automated recording said that in order to verify it was me, I needed to put in the last 4 of my social security # or my zip code. That's when I hung up. No way am I 'verifying' my SSN for a recording.

it only 12:40 here and I have 4 calls from these people

They were calling me 3 or more times a day, so one day I answered "The job is done! BUT, there is blood everywhere!" They have not called back since. LOL

Call Morning, Afternoon Evening, three or more times per day!
NEVER leaving any message about what they are calling about.

Very annoying. If they are representing BANK OF AMERICA
as FIA Card Services are doing a g-r-e-a-t pubic relations job
making BANK OF AMERICA look stupid, incompentent or
ignoramuses. Actually all three.

I annoy back, I hope--by texting, "I'm at the Cinema"
and thus can't answere the call.
