I received a call from this number 3x today and my number is unlisted.  Do not appreciate this harrassment

I didn't renew my AAA Membership and now they're calling to remind me.  Heck - I already knew that!

A call from 1 - 866 - 636 - 2377. I returned this call since UNAVAILABLE registered on my caller ID,  but left a phone number. It turns out that this number is AAA. They left no message when they called. I knew my membership expired on the 15th of August, and told them so, along with I let them know that I do not wish to renew. I then asked what I needed to do to STOP the calls. ( I received 4 calls from this number today). The person said that they were notifying the AAA system that I want my three accounts cancelled entirely and that I should no longer receive these calls, email, and paper mail.
We shall see.
I just can't help but wonder why the no message, why the "Unavailable" for identity, and why no message was left.
I find these sort of calls very frustrating. A little information can go a LONG way!

They just called.  It said Telemarker.. When I answered, and SAID Hello This is GOD...They hung up.

It's some kind of "contractor" that annoys people one behalf of whomever pays them. Call i got was related to AAA membership.

I got a call - went to VM - automated message for donations to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.

as above. auto dialer for anyone who uses the service.

I got a call from UNICEF (I do donate to them), asking for special funds for their typhoon relief. In short, this phone number is an auto-dialer that lots of companies use for a short period of time to contact their existing customers

This call was from AAA. At least they left a message.

I google the number on got this site (I LOVE GOOGLE)I was getting the same calls from this number.. Called back a couple of times, getting a one tone then line goes to dead air.. Now that i have read that its LEON'S, it makes sense now.  I just order furniture from them....

This is really Leon's furniture. They called to say me thanks for my purchase giving me a number if there was any complaint about it.

Dead air, today at 2:01 and 2:02.

It was a call for my ex-husband saying that his AAA membership expired over a month ago on 12-1-2009.

Called me twice today and dead air .... call it back and nothing.  I did make a purchase from Leons but have no clue who it actually is.

Received calls three times so far today but no one is ever on the line.  I think this has happened several times in the last day.  Could not get to the phone in time to pick up.  When answer machine kicks in the caller disconnects.  I think I'll file a complaint with the FCC and ICC.

got the same call today @ 12:44 pm (noon) i just called back and was directed to dial  #1 - to get me off the NO NOT CALL BACK LIST *** HOPE IT WORKS.... !!!

Got a call today but didn't answer. Likely Leon's since we have a couch from there.

Me it was Volvo Canada, never bought one and never will. This phone# must be used by routing call center
