I just got a call from the same number 8667863394; I let it go to voicemail and it was Toronto Sick Kids Miracle club....I am a member they just called to remind me of an upcoming event...
I guess the number is a call centre who call on behalf of other companies, some good ones like the Sick Kids, and some so not good.....

For me it was an Art Gallery of Ontario automated message-- must be a third party caller.

Got a phone call today from 1 866 786 3394, it ringed only once and that's about it... I didn't touch my phone. I was getting lately increased number of phone calls from this and some other numbers.
I even called this number 1 866 786 3394 and got answering machine telling me that is Yves Rocher just checking if I got parcel from them. But just as I said earlier phone rung only once and I never picekd up receiver....

Got a call on my cell from this number just before 3.00 pm today (EDT). Seeing that it was from 866 area code, I assumed it was a telemarketer. I didn't pickup, but shortly after I received notification that I had a voicemail message. The first part of the message was not recorded, but the following was recorded: "Press 1 for English, 2 for Cantonese, and 3 for Mandarin". WTF?

Just leaving my two bits that I too got this ring today - twice - within 30 mins of each other.  This number having a history from 2007 (with links to several businesses - Leons, AAA, etc...) is remarkable to me.  I believe the last company I gave my cell number to was JCPenny so I'd know when my window treatments arrived...hummmmm

they called three times , picked up  the  3rd , no answer, no person . i called back and it said it was a survey from leons and to call the store !!!

just as i was typing  the previous message , IT  called back!!!!!!!!  i  picked up and  got an autamated survey!  i did  it , 3 questions , now hopefully  theyll  leave  me alone

I'm on Auto-Renew.  This call was promoting an upgrade to "Plus" membership.

called the number back, it was jabba communications which i think is Rogers, and that it was telemarketing hired by various companies.  Had the option of asking to be put on do not call list by pressing 1, it repeated by number back to me, press 1 to confirm.  Hope it works.

Caller is Leons Furniture..Called today - Automated voice asking to press 1 if you'd like to hear an important message, or 2 if you've never shopped at Leons..

It's an automatic message from Leon's furniture. I hung up.

It was AAA calling to remind me that my membership had expired.

It is 10:30 AM and I just got a call. AAA calls us to at least daily and we occasionally get calls from this number. We do not have AAA and I don't think we ever did.

I received a call from this number and no one was there when I answered.  I called it back and it was the Leukemia Society.  I guess several companies get to use the same 866 number(?)

I used to work in call centers and usually they are under contract with several companies at the same time. Therefore, try to identify for wich company they are calling and ask their customer service department to remove your number from their call list.

AAA - reminder call to renew

got the call they left a voicemail and it was the Hamilton Tiger Cats of the CFL

I got silence when answering the call, but when I called the number it was a recorded message saying that it was time to renew my AAA membership.  Where does Leon Furniture come from????
