I just received a call on my cellphone this morning from this number 1-866-811-1159 x4095 from someone named Joanne. She just said my name and told me to call her back at this number. Nothing else was said and this was retrieved from my voice mail. I at least have proof she called since it's on my cellphone and will be showing this to my lawyer as this progresses. BTW this is my first call from this number on 9/11/2008.

I keep getting calls from this same number for over a month now - I thought it was Sprint wanting to tell me about some promotion, so I never answered. Then I got a voice message this morning saying some name that I couldn't make out along with that I needed to call John Daly at Frederick J Hannah & Asscoiates ASAP before the end of the day! Hell no am I calling them back! I have no debt what so ever; so I googled them and they are well known for harassing people and making their lives hell! I have my phone number on the DNC and have filed a complaint about them. They call about 2-3 times a day and leave no message and at odd hours of the day - SO ANNOYING!!!

contacted mY brother in law and was very nasty.  demanded that we give him a call RIGHT NOW!!!

These people have been calling my house for about three weeks now. They called my fiance a liar. He told them I did not own a cell phone. I don't! I know I owe a debt I have a law firm representing me. These people need to leave me alone! They are so rude and ignorant.

I have these freaks calling me asking for money,so now I will make the long paper trail.
I already have a good one on the other scumbag  Creditors Interchange $$$$$$$$$$$$.

I have been receiving many phone calls from F Hanna & Assoc.  They sent me a letter saying they were the law firm that handles Bank of America debts.  After reading these call messages, makes me wonder if this is true.  They call me at work and at home constantly.  I have been ignoring the calls but now I am going to write a very rude letter to them.  Bank of America always gives the impression that they are customer service oriented.  Makes you wonder if they know what this company is actually doing.

Let me tell you something.  The Only people I see complaining is who don't want to pay their bills.  I love my job, and that what I do,  call people like you and demand them to pay balance in full  if you nice enough on the phone and not playing smart lie games then I will offer you  a settlement, but I don't have to.   and you know what I don't care if you pay or not,   I'm getting paid anyway.  But if you don't pay, well you better make sure that you have an attorney representing you in court.  You right, Hanna don't have bar in all states, but we sure do have co-counsels in every state.  If you want to know a law  what we can do and what we can't do  get an attorney for free legal advise, because I insure you, you will be sued. Oh ye, even before we call you, we already know where you work, how much you make, where your wife and parents work, how much your house worth and so on.   So trust me our client will get their $ it's just the matter of time and how nasty it will get for you.

everybody please go to bud hibbs .com he is a consumer advocate for 25 years and deals with these low life debt collectors he calls this one a toxic waste he also will provide you with a lawyer against this company they lie in court and very soon he will have them closed down...

They let out personal information about me. A personal PO Box address that no one knows about and now they do. All they should have done was ask for me and that was all. It was no one's business who they were.

no, they don't get 20% comm, they get 9%, but it is still nice added to the nice salary that Fred gives them.  I know, I used to work in the St Louis office, but guess what...you still need to pay, because they aren't lying. they know where you work, live, play, all that stuff before they even make the 1st call...work with them, while you still have the chance to work voluntarily...

I know that you all are upset and I was just like you with the harassing phone calls. I told them to screw themselves and go away cause working with Credit Solutions. They told me they would never settle with them and I didn't believe them...but they were right. Credit Solutions never settled my accounts but took my money! I paid a total of 2685.00 to them and I'm still fighting for it back. My credit is ruined and Fred Hanna's office has started garnishing my wages. I didn't believe they were real and hated them also but they hurt me more than I thought they could!! I warn everyone to take heed to this cause sometimes they are serious.

Call non stop from this number.I already told them NOT to call me but my attorney. They keep calling.

Look at the ambulance chaser working the board......and what happens when you don't pay her for the services she provides....?   she does the same thing

I, too, got a call from Jacob at Frederick J Hanna & [***] "law firm".

& I did not dispute the fact that I owe BoA money & I haven't paid on my account in months. I spoke to this man Jacob who initially said that with my "new" job making less money than previous (mortgages prev! & we all know where that is now). I explained I am still in training program at my new company (5mos) & have already received a raise but still doesn't cover my mortgage but that all my other creditors (mortgage included) have been working with me on a "hardship" to accept a very small monthly payment until I can get back on my feet - I opted to not file BK & to try to make good eventually on all my debt but it's a...oles like this that make it damn near impossible. He orig told me that $40 is way too low for a bal of $4K but that if I made a couple good faith payments of whatever I could then they would be more willing to negotiate a smaller payment plan. I said ok - I get paid in a week & will send you at least $40 if I can send more i will. Unfortunately (maybe) I misplaced the address so I called the phone # & got someone different - they said he was an idiot & was in training & didn't know what he was talking about & that's why he know longer works there -he took pertinent info income -primary debt etc & said well I can't do anything unless you send $1000 good faith payment - I laughed & said "that's not gonna happen" if I had $1000 I'd be sending to my mortgage co for which I am 90 days in arrears!
he said he's turning over to wage garnish - I asked for supervisor - he was an ass too- I said every other creditor I have has been willing to try to help - I am NOT the only person in financial trouble right now - Hence President Obama's stimulus!! I am trying to do a little. He said I should borrow from family - I said I have nobody to borrow from - he said then a friend - I said if I had someone to borrow $4K from I wouldn't be 90 days down on my mortgage (which was 120 until I sent them $$ in the past 40 days)
I tried to call Bank of AM & they said "too late"!

Anybody have any ideas please post (I don't usually do this but ... hopeful)

One word RUDE.  Called my sick parent and asked for my phone number. I called and they were rude.
