I have received multiple recorded messages from Account Solution LLC, claiming to be a collection agency.  Do not call them back!  It is a scam and they are attempting to get personal information from you.  A real debt collector will address you by your name and provide his or her name.

This number is now claiming to be "First Source Advantage LLC, a Debt Collection Agency."  A quick google search confirmed my instinct it was a scam.  Do not call back or give out personal information.  If there were legit, they would have it!

Note too, they are now blocking their Caller ID info.

I just received a call from them, claiming to be "First Source Advantage".  When you call them back, they try to extract information from you but quickly hang up if you do not provide them with the info they want.

I get calls from them every day.  Always a recording, telling you they have an important message and to call them.  Call the number, no answer ever.  How do you get this to stop?

as i am on the national do not call list i reported them within minutes of this call which was a recording.

said i had to call them back....
and when no human responded i do an automatic Google on the phone number then
i report it.......so not they loose the money and maybe if everyone would do this jail time as well

I've been receiving calls from, I think, "First Source Adventure LLC", asking me to call them back - 18665058518. They say "it's not a sales call", but I think that's what precisely it is. Does anyone knows that number and how to stop them? Thanks!

Got the call today. I called back. Spoke to a man with a foreign accent - sounded Russian or slavic. He asked for my phone number. He said that the number was not in their records. I asked what kind of business they were in. He said "a business like every body else". I asked what kind of business was that and he said it again and added " a business just like you have a business." With that I hung up. I will find a way to report the call as we too are on a do not call registry.

Firstsource is a legit collection agency. Just like any collection agency, they have normal people working there. Some do suck, some do not. Most of em are really there to help you pay your bills, other's are there to get a paycheck. They do have rules and regulations and laws they are required to follow, but let's face it there is always the bad seed who do not do that. Its not a scam. I paid off a credit card with them and even got a letter for my own records. Usually you deal with one person but sometimes you get other ones that do really suck. I used to not answer my phone and that really doesnt help. If it weren't for paying that account off i should have filed bankruptcy but I really didn't want to do that to my wifes credit too. If you get a jerk on the phone just ask for a new one. If they call you when there not supposed to ask for a director. Thank god the kid i talked to spoke english!

I called the number back twice and both times they hung up on me and the third time they tried to say I had a Discover card debit outstanding and wanted to collect on it. When I told them that I don't have one he proceeded to give me an address where I could mail a statement in with my information on it and they would take care of it. When I told him that I just googled First Source Advantage and it said it was a scam he proceeded to tell me no it wasn't and hung up on me. It is funny that they were calling my cell phone and leaving important messages on my voice mail to call back especially when I just got the phone that belongs to my son.

This is a SCUM collection company trying to rip off the American public.  I called them and talked to this guy with a heavy NY accent and he was an [***].  He was rude and a jerk.

I had the same experience as Tammy did.  The number was blocked.  They refused to give me a number to call back on.  And the lady didn't even want to tell me what company she was calling from.  I told her that she sounded fishy, like this was a scam, and she got all mad with me & started raising her voice.  It ended up in a screaming match & me hanging up on her.  Whatever.  I did a credit check & my stuff looks ok.  SCAMMERS!!

The company that has this phone number is a collection agency called First Source Advantage LLC.  Their address is 205 Bryant Wood South, Amherst, NY  14228-3609.  Phone number 1-716-564-4400  Fax 1-716-564-4440.  They have been calling my husbsand's cell phone for weeks leaving their 866 number.  Like many of you we don't owe money to anyone. I lodged a complaint with our Attorney General and also emailed the company at info@firstsourceadvantage.com and told them to stop the calls. I hope it helps.

wont tell who they are or who they want... hang up us .... looking for a debra gould or something like that.... she does not live here... nor do i know this person.... have had this same number now for 4 years ... want them to stop calling and harrasing us looking for this debra gould or what ever her name is .....

Just went through the same experience as all of you have noted here.  They didn't know my name (associated with the number they called and left the automated message), was rude and hung up when I insisted what their call was about and did not provide my name.  This after my third attempt calling as the first two calls just rang and rang forever.  Certainly sounds like the calls are being handled overseas (probably India). Have no debt whatsoever or owe any otherwise.

So called the NYS Attorney General's office (and the Buffalo regional office) and basically they won't do anything unless I send them proof of a certified letter sent to this "debt colection" agency stating that they do not call my cell (on the Do Not Call registry).  So, in effect, the AG wants me to provide these scammers the very information (my name, address, etc.) that they seem to be trying to obtain in the first place.  Both AG's offices are aware of this company by name which obviously means that others have called in with complaints (but probably also were perplexed when the AG's office suggested mailing a letter to the company directly).  So much for the help from the very people who can put a stop to this scam quickly.

I keep getting calls from Account Solutions LLC telling me to call them.  When I call all I get is a ring, no one ever answers.  One time I called and let it ring for about 5 minutes and finally someone answered.  I told them to take my number off any and all their call lists or I would turn them into the BBB.  The man I talked to said it was removed.  To this date, I have not received a call since!

I know for a fact that this number is for FIRST SOURCE ADVANTAGE LLC formerly ACCOUNT SOLUTIONS GROUP. This IS a collection agency. Its not a scam. I found out by simply calling back and verifying a little info. Come to find out my brother had been using me and my telephone number as a reference and thats how they found my number. Looking further into it according to the FDCPA an agency is ithin its full rights to look up relatives and neighbors to find the person they are looking for but it is illegal to disclose information to them. If all of you want these calls to stop it is so much easier to call back and cooperate than to act like a paranoid ass on the phone to someobody that is within their rights to call you. And then after, go find whatever deatbeat friend or relative left you as a contact and take it out on them like i did
