Constant non stop calls, they leave automated message saying if it's not the person they are looking for then hang up now, I hangup but the calls continue to occur sometimes 15-20 a day!  I finally reached a human and told them I was not the person they were looking for and yet the calls continue chronically!  This is out of hand.  What can be done as it is now considered harrassment and illegal.

This company sucks, they are constantly calling even though I am not the one they want, thier automated system has called me today 14 times already!  Im at work and can't answer but it is harrassment!  They have been told many times before that they have a wrong # but still the calls continue!

I have recently been getting calls from warningnotice.com. We don't owe anyone money but they have my husbands name. Should I be worried about putting a fraud alert on his credit report?

Constantly getting calls with or w/out relevance all hours of day and night, including weeknds.  Even called while in church!  Will not call them back, give any info or look at website.  Just more scumbags trying to soak hard-working Americans dry!

I have been getting these calls for months asking for Don Jasmer, case Number #07021760029, from "Credit Collection Services". Caller ID indicates the source of the call is (866) 945-4974, which is, interestingly enough, one number off from the other postings on this website. I have told them repeatedly that Don Jasmer has never lived at this address nor has he ever had this phone number, says my small town coop phone company who checked, and still the calls come.
I'm calling the State Attorney Generals Office and filing a formal complaint, and that would be my advice to all of the rest of you.

These people call me at my aunt's house and never leave a human voice to talk to always a computer telling you to call back. If I owe something I don't mind calling someone back but to get a call as late as 11 pm and calling as early as 8 am is a bunch of bull [***]. I will call anyone back if they leave a human voice on a message. Any computer person leaving a file number on an answering machine is a scam. I also tried to look for this e-mail address and it sent me to the Google home page with a bunch of warning notice address. No right person if it is a real collection agency should leave an automatic message. I am calling the Better Business Bureau on them and filing a complaint. If that don't work then I will contact a lawyer friend and see if there is anything I can do about this. It is getting unreal every other day a call from these people. And you can't ever get through to find out who and what they want. If they call don't answer and don't call back it is a scam plain and simple.

This is to everyone that receives a call from this number. I found the website it is CCSUSA.com. They ask if you have received a notice in the mail or by phone message. I didn't leave my phone number. I hit the mail notice. And it asks for the file number and zip code. Then it goes to another page and asked if you are this person, you either click yes or no and continue. I continued and it was not me. It was a person with the same name as myself but it was not I that had this account. And then you get a list of options and a different phone number to call if you want to speak with someone and their hours of business. I hope this helps you all and good luck. These people keep calling and I when I put in the web site, I get nothing.  I don't know what they want or who they are.  How do I make them stop!?!?

got calls fron ccs over the last 2 mo,swith no message's  i was told that i had a bill for $149.80  i never recived notice from them or from the company that said that i had a balance do.

i just got the call, they say if you call the # 866-945-4973 that they can get your # removed from the acct that is attached to.

This number is ringing daily on my phone.  There is never a message left.  QUIT CALLING!!!
