I got a call from this number.  They never leave a message, but I checked out the website that was posted under some of the other comments, and it looks like a fraudulent scam site.  My guess is that they've bought old lists of written off debts, and are trying to collect on 7+ year old debts.  My suggestion is to ignore them, and if they call, answer and tell them to remove your number from their list, or you will make a call to the Attorney General of your state.

who is this and what do they want!

This is a collection agency who is attempting to collect a debt NOT OWED by me to Allstate Insurance Company. I switched insurance carriers on Renter's Insurance a few months ago, giving notice to my Agent.  They want proof that I switched!  I've not responded, as I'm figuring I gave notice to cancel - that's all that matters.  

I went to their website, and it's a biiiiiig scary looking one...  All this, and they're attempting to collect less than $30.00

Called my wifes cell phone twice today, first time she did not pick up, they left no message. Second time she picked up and an automated message started, requesting that we (knew both my name and my wifes name) call them back. This is a new number so surprised how they got it in the first place.

Problably has something to do with Robert Tatel!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone, it is easier if you are being called on your cell phone.  Contact your cell phone company and have them block their phone numbers.

You use your own reference number on your own bill. Why use yours. I'm thinking it's a scam.

They are a scam creating fake debts hoping to scare people into sending them money. I reported them to the Attorney General, FBI, & US Post office fraudulent mail.

A recorder keep call me from 8779209000 leaving a saying I own some money somewhere but, I dont no and these calls or really getting on my nerves I am already taking med- for mess like this the number they keep calling from is 8779209000.
