- KristaSo I see an advertisement on facebook for this really cheap teeth whitening kit and decide to take a shot at it. So now I have a 79.28 charge on my statement and I can't believe it! Freakin thieves!
- FrankThy did it to me, call them and thy sead that thy would put it bock in my bank
there name is Dazzle Smile. The trial for was $1.50 then thy charge $79.28.
So every one shoud do what I did go on line to the Federal Trade Commisssion and file a complaint and with the BBB this is Dazzle Smile address (Dazzle Smile U S A P.O. Box 10276 Des Moines, Ia 50381) And the same go for Clean Whites in Florida. - DianeI received the product at an agreed upon $6.99 trial rate. I kept it for the 14 days, and was charged $79.28 on 9/21/09 after the trial period (for this same ONE trial pen) on 9/21/09. They claim this one pen will last a month, but it is almost empty after using only ONCE a day for 2 weeks.
Then 3 days later (today - 9/24/09) I was charged for another $79.28. In calling their Customer Service at 888-948-5508, I talked to a Customer Service Rep. He said this second charge is for a shipment sent out yesterday of 3 pens for September, October, November. The Customer Service Rep (Joe) states had I not cancelled TODAY, I would have been getting charged $79.28 in October and November for the pens currently being shipped. He gave me a cancellation number and said I should see no more charges.
However, I asked if I needed to send back the "two pens" already shipped for October and November to avoid being charged the $79.28 again in October and November. And he said "no, not since I cancelled TODAY". He said had I cancelled tomorrow I would have owed for October and November. So how do I end up with 3 pens and not pay for October and November? Seems unlikely and I will be watching my bank statement!
Seems like everyone is getting a different story, and I will definitely track what I was told against my bank statement. And yes, make sure you get a cancellation number!!
Good luck to all! This seems like a rip off to me, or at least, VERY POOR MARKETING and purposeful disception. - WenI got this fraud charge.
- Barbara GarofaloI never authorized and don't even know what this product is.
I was charged on 9-9-09 and 9-21-09 for the amount of $79.28 each date. - cheryI signed up to try dazzle white and that same day my dentist told me I couldn't use it so I immediately called and cancelled the trial. I never received a trial sample but now two weeks later my account have been charged the $79.38 from ultifreshwell and also another 79.95 from another tooth whiting company and another 79.95 from a dermicil wrinkle creme. What a mess... I hae cancelled my card and filed a fraud complaint at the bank but in the next 90 days they could should screw things up more. This should be stopped...

- WenJust found I got this unauthorized charge from ultifreshwell 8669485508 CYP with a amount of $79.28 on 9/21/09. Will reject to pay this transaction I never purchase.
- IrisThank you so much Kaycia for giving the actual number that I needed to call. Yeap, got me too. I called my bank first and they will mail me a new card, but then I found this web page and all the comments about this product and the fraud that has been happening...can't believe it! Well, I called the 888# and they said that they would cancel my account. The lady that I spoke with also said that I needed to cancel the membership after the 14 day free trial in order to not be charged for the full month supply that I received. I didn't know that the product that I received was for a whole month... Anyway, in order to get my money back from this company I need to mail the product that I received as a "free trial". Share your experience with others so they won't make the same mistake like we did. ;-)

- WalterWell, like I said on 9/19, I called the 1-888-227-2950. They supposedly cancelled which they said it would be in effect when I send back the product. I said what product, he said that they shipped out a 3 month supply on the 17th of sept. which as of today 9/29 I have not recieved. He gave me an RMA# which I have not been able to use. Oh yea by the way, the guy I spoke to; his name is Thomas and his employee ID # is 155449. That's probably fake too.
- SusanYes, happened to me too - I just got off the phone with Jesus - when you get a cancellation number be sure to get a tracking number (how ever you send it) along with the correct address to return it to - seems my package is in limbo land - never ever again
- AlDazzlewhite Dazzlesmile and Dazzletray are the same company. A big scam. It is horrible that these scumbags can actually stay in business and ruin our lives. Never do any business with them. Still trying to clean up the bullS_it from them.

- relentlessactually there are dozens of sites linked to this scam, I cant believe that MSN, weather.com, whitepages.com, and many major (and believed to be reputatble) sites have links to these frauds. It is literally never ending. I have compiled numerous phone #'s and names associated with this. I have found a major name and business located in Florida that has connection with this this and am sharing this info with many people. I likely wont get my wifes money back but will continue to research this and pass along my findings indefinately. Someone will eventually put the heat on these people.
- DidoMisery loves company! Dazzlewhite, Cleanwhites, whatever their title is, they're all front groups for an overseas scam operation, where there's little, if any, accountability. I'm with "Relentless", why do reputable companies continue to show their ads if so many are getting scammed? Those ads need to be pulled immediately. Maybe those companies need a little shove. Advice: Buy from only US-based companies you're familiar with, buy from a brick and mortar store, or learn to live without.

- DennisThis number 1 866 948 5508 is connected to a criminal enterprise run by a Jesse Willms 1302 24th Street,Suite 124 Billings Montana,59102. It is no wonder this criminal enterprise since no one in government or federal law enforcement pursues them. They make unauthorized withdrawals from bank accounts for weight loss tips and the only thing that loses weight is your wallet. Where are the authorities. It is no wonder that other criminal enterprises like ACORN exist no does a thing!
