yes, I tried the trail offer and then seen not only 1 but 2 charges within 1 week.  Tried to call numbers, but were disconnected. I filed for fraud against them.  I couldnt reach anyone not even on the site.  This is a bad idea and they go by different names and sites.

TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, THIS IS WHAT YOU MUST DO:

Call your bank. Ask to do a chargeback for a few fraudulent transactions. Some call this process a "credit card dispute." They are obligated by law to issue a refund when you tell them fraud has occurred, so do not take "no" for an answer from your credit card issuer. They will put the money back into your account and send you paperwork that you MUST respond to. You will need to explain what happened and send this back on time. End of story. Your bank is required to do this according to Visa and MasterCard policy, so if your bank is small and claims ignorance, keep pressing until you get the chargeback for ALL charges that these people stole from you. IMPORTANT: They will not stop charging you even with a chargeback. Cancel the card that you compromised by supplying it to the crooks, and order a new one. Be more aware next time you get an offer that seems unrealistic. Learn the difference between a true media news report and a fake one, folks.

KillPhishing.com is being constructed to contain information about what every bank and credit union can do to protect their account holders online by implementing a new Email safety and security system so you can authenticate all incoming Email. This way you never get tricked into opening a fraudulent Email, following a bogus link to a fraudulent copy of a trusted bank's website or typing your username or password onto a fake website. I want to help you to never lose your identity again.

I too tried the 866 number, having received a charge on my credit card statement.  I rang the 888 number and spoke to a very rude customer service agent who pointed out the terms and conditions on their web site (http://www.premiumwhitepro.com/terms-and-conditions.php   see items 5,6, & 7).  When you sign up for the free sample, you are agreeing to a monthly charge of $87.62. It is legally o.k. for them to put these charges through if you ticked the box (or, in this case, left the box ticked).  I was hung up upon, but rang back and spoke to a very nice customer service agent who is putting through my refund once the product is received.  The return address is on the web site.  You must site the original order number to get the refund.  It's frustrating, sure, but it's also important to know what you signed up for in the first place.

I signed up for a FREE sample of Dazzlewhite and paid £8.00 shipping fee (which was advertised at $1.95).  I have been charged 3 times so far $87.62 x 2 from ultifreshwell + $24.82 from accessmemeber.  I am completely shocked - I have received another sample in the post with no correspondence so I don't even know where it came from!  I am only hoping that as I paid by Credit Card that I am covered to get a refund - how can companies get away with such a scam especially at Xmas when cash is extremelly tight!
