- Chuck3 steps you can take now if you are a victim of this scam:
1. Chargeback. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Your bank or credit card organization has all the tools necessary to find out where the charges are coming from, what business is involved, addresses and phone numbers connected to the charge and etc. You may not know or have access to this information. The banks and credit card org have all this at their fingertips and are obligated to handle the problem that has resulted.

2. FTC. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Their job is to monitor and go after these types of scams. Go to: http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm
3. Attorney General. File a complaint with your state Attorney General and also with the Attorney General of Iowa (where a lot of the phone numbers and addresses seem to be located)

- CLFDPOPSI received a call and email from this company and did the 14-day trial with a promo code which reduced all costs to $1.95. They immediately billed my credit card for the amount of $79.25. I contacted my credit union and had my account changed for the next months bill. Nothing else I could do except contest the amount. I don't hold much hope in getting this amount back, but they will not be able to get any more money from me, scumbags!
- Richard L. GuzzoI purchased some tooth whitening stuff for about $5 about 3 weeks ago, received nothing, and now was billed $80 I never okayed. I purchased this on the internet, but don't remember anything else about it. They billed it on October 1, 2009, and this phone number, 1-866-948-5508, was on it, with additional numbers of 927444484755499. Please, have this charge removed, as they are fraudulent. My name is Richard Guzzo, 1-760-791-0220.
- J. Moore/ChicagoThe correct number to call is 1-888-948-5508. The phone number that appears on your bank statement, 866-948-5508, is incorrect. This is a scam, but if you call this number you can get the charges reversed.
- alexthese people are scum bags ive tried to call them to get my refund for a bogus charge and all i hear is a man saying ra3 channel 7 what the hell does that mean? if anyone has any luck getting through to them please post it
- SharkI was charged by DazzleSmile, too. I called them. They told me that the charge is not for the free trial. They charged for Dazzletray. I didn't even receive anything look like dazzletray. I file a report on the website of Iowa Attorney General: http://www.state.ia.us/government/ag/index.html
Hope they use the law to protect consumers! Anybody wants to file a lawsuit against DazzleSmile, DazzleWhite or Dazzle xxx... - sharkAlex:

- CI ordered ACAI online, read the terms & conditions and everything. After I did, I started to receive calls from 866-948-5508. Answering just once, to tell them to bug off, the guy wouldn't listen to me and started telling me i had done something to receive some free package from their company. I repetitively told him no, numerous times in fact, and afterward immediately called the so called "Customer Service", at which point a lady told me she would cancel the transaction. Bull. I honestly thought I would be receiving the product I paid for; however, all I have now is $50 dollars stolen from me, no product, and 866 numbers calling me out of my ass. This is ridiculous. I have to cancel my card, call the bank, and see if anyone can catch these scumbags. All I wanted to do was try and look good for my wedding, and now I can't because of this. Unbelievable.
- JaimieI was as well charged with this, what you need to do is call 888-948-5508 and let them know that you did not recieve any product, and you would like to cancel your account. They will credit back the 79.28, and take your name and info off of their system. Once they have, you can request your cancelation number, and your acct: should show credit within the next 3-5 business days.
- beckyi got a charge on my bank account from ultifreshwell....
- Mildred, from CanadaI also have been charged the $79.28 US dollars twice within a week (This amounts to $87.50 Canadian). I am going to try the 1-888-227-2950 number to try and cancel this garbage (thanks, Renee). Hope all of us can finally get this settled!!!!

- BetsyHey, ultrifreshwell is a fraud...they do not exist. Their number is disconnected and no web site anymore either. They charged without my permission $4.95 and $79.91 to my bankcard and I did not even give it to them. I had no contact with them at all until now when I found the charges. My bank is reversing the charges, and I have been advised to file a police report too. BBB needs to know, so let them know and the FBI may be interested because of the fraud envolved interstate stealing. I had to cancel my debit card too. Good luck finding them, but please report this if it happened to you. Your bank can do something also, don't let them off the hook. Make them charge back the chages and get reinbursed. Good luck to all who are victims. BB
