Money has been taken out of my account fraudulantly for a product I have never  heard of or ordered. I want my money back!!!!

I have also experienced this problem.  I have called them repeatedly to no avail.  I just received that $79 charge and cancelled weeks ago.

I went to my bank account and saw a ($87.62) purchase...Good thing my card didnt have enough money to pay for it i went to the dazzlewhite website told them to screw off and i dont want there stupid product cause it didnt work and i didnt want to pay 87 dollars for it...will never give cc # to them again...only if i know the company

i was charged from utlifreshwell used $48.92

I like the rest of you are having the same problem. I just called the correct/new number 888-948-5508. They gave me a cancalation # for the account and a order # to return their product. I asked for the return address but they insisted that they will send that with all shipping/return instructions on an email.
They also infirmed me that the sample was a month supply not a sample. All I agreed to was a sample. I still don't believe that this can be a full months supply. I will contact my bank and do the same as David and start a fraud claim against both companies. One is Dazzle White and the other is Healthcleanse. Does anyone have a phone # for Health-Cleanse?

That IS dazzle Smile. I called the 18882272950 number and he explained it to me.

I got charged $87.62 and when i woke up to check my bank statement.. you can imagine i was not happy.

He said it CAN be refunded if you call them and give them the tracking number of the product being shipped back.

I call 888-948-5508. I got a women and canceled my order and any further.
She even gave me a cancellation number which you need to give your credit card
company for your safety. I even refused the sample because the envelope ssid to call a number before using which was a red flag to me! I even got my $4.95
back from my card company. They tried to ship and charge me $87.62 this morning at 6:38am eastern but my card company rufused the charge for me then called me at 10 Arizona time to ask me about the charge and what they did.
I have a chase-united mileage and they protect me better then most.
I am keeping my original # and they are watching for more charge's just in case for me.  Hope this helps

I got charged too so I called the number the 1-888-948-5508. The lady I spoke to "Mable" was very nice. She canceled my account refunded my back account. She said it would take 5 business days. So we will see and she also told me about the other company I "signed" up for online. She canceled it as well the company name is World Class Fitness. She gave me the cancellation numbers. I went to my bank and they are looking into to it. I am told if they don't refund my money the bank will and refund any charges I might en cure. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY GET THE BEST OF YOU. IT IS WHAT THEY ARE COUNTING ON TO MAKE MONEY. CALL THEM GO TO YOUR BANK. DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

I too was scammed by Dazzle White. The number does not work and I was charged $88.32 on my card. I have canceled my card.

I cancelled and returned the trial Dazzle Smile product after 7 days of use. I made sure to use UPS tracking with a required signature upon delivery.
I kept the order #, cancellation #, and tracking #.
My bank called me when Ultra Fresh Well tried an unauthorized credit card charge. I asked them to block the charge; but they cannot. I contacted their online customer service and that was useless.
I called Dazzle at 1-800-654-7728 and explained to them that I should not be charged since I had cancelled and returned the product within 14 days (and that I had proof). Thus, I had no intention to use it for a month.
Now I'm waiting for a refund in two weeks.
I knew it looked too good to be true. It just so happened that I was looking to try a tooth whitener. But I did not sign up for this maddening cancellation process!

I called this # and it's disconnected or not in service! I have multiple charges from Dazzlewhite, ezykit, ultifreshwell, and teethwhite!! from $7.01, $58.09, to $58.76
I called to cancel, they refunded me $35 which they credited to my account but then continued to debit money from my acct with different names.
I called my bank about i & they told me to report a dispute & change my debit card#. So that is what I am doing!!!!

Same happened to me.  The number does not work and the other one in conjunction with this has been disconnected.  So far I have been chared 79.28 twice. 79.95 once, 6.99 for a return label for a jar of product I never received all this in addition to the international fees of 2.40, 2.38, etc.  I cancelled my card with the bank and should be receiving a new one.  Hopefully this will stop these ridiculous charges.  p.s. no one has called me back from ultrafreshwell or clearwhites.  Who the heck is pristine health charging me the same amount of money as the ultrafreshwell?

The bank gave me the 866 number whereas the company is saying their number is 888-948-5508.  How is it the bank does not have the correct number?  No wonder I am having trouble cancelling or getting anyone.

This may help.  I called 1-888-948-5508 after having an amount of $79.28 and $89.27 dedcuted from my bank account within one week of each other.  I called and was on hold for about 15 minutes when I finally got in touch with an operator.  She told me that she could not do anything for me.  So I said that a $167.00 may not seem like much to her, but after I file a complaint with the BBB and FTC and she loses her job because she is obviously working at a company that scams people out of money, she will think twice about the $167.00.  She instantly gave me a cancellation number and the money was rebated back into my account.

I ordered a free sample from Ultrafreshwell.  I got a $92.00 charge to my bank account.  AND the product was never delivered.   I cancelled all future payments.   Today I have another charge taken from my bank account for $89.00.
These people have a license to steal.  That's almost $200.00 for absolutely nothing.

never received a call after the first initial call that I made to have my account credited.  Now my bank statement shows that there is another deduction.  What can we do about this?

I called 1-888-948-5508 like Kaycia said and I talked to a human and had my Dazzle White account cancelled but not before they had charged my account twice. The phone number on my bill was incorrect just like they said above.

Use 888 rather than the 866 on those phone numbers.
