This number calls me about 15 times a day and never leaves a voicemail. People work during the day and I will NOT call someone back if they don't leave a voicemail.

Paid all my bills

I received a summons from synergy bank who do they represent I have never been in the military and I have been on disability for over 20 years I have been unable to pay on any medical bills I have been unable to pay on any medical bills or credit cards either I cannot afford to pay on any medical bills I am sorry butI have never had a bank of America accounts I am asking for you to withdraw your summons asI am unable to pay on any medical bills except my co pay thank you for your understanding I do not want to file bankruptcy as I don't have the money for the attorneys I apologize for the problem
