I just discovered that the address of CFS Associates in a mailbox in a PAK mail in a strip mall in suburban Atlanta. The FBI is going to be on your butt soon enough. Quit while you're ahead!!!!

Reviewing the Georgia Secretary of State's Website, and searching for this business entity, I find the below information for this company.  Even though GA law requires that the registered agent have a PHYSICAL address in GA, not a PO Box, apparently, Art Nyman, who just so happens to be the corp. secretary, treasurer, etc., must, in this instance as well, believe himself to be above the law.

My suggestion for the lawsuits which are clearly warranted under the FDCPA and other consumer protection laws -- name Mr. Nyman personally in any lawsuit as the "alter ego" of C.F.S. and Associates.  My guess is that C.F.S. and Associates is probably undercapitalized (although I do not know this with certainty), and accordingly, this avenue could be used to "pierce the veil", and go after Mr. Nyman personally for the fraudulent and illegal practices of his sham corporation.

I searched Art Nyman, It seems he is a real estate agent in Jonesboro, GA which matches with the address in his corporate filing. I guess the real estate game isn't paying the bills so He has started a side hustle in Sham Debt Collecting. Here is his information:

Great, thanks for the information.  To anyone receiving the illegal and harrassing calls who doesn't wish to bother suing an entity which may (and again, I do not know this with certainly) not have the resources to pay you for your time and money expended in any lawsuits, how about just making a call to Mr. Art Nyman each and every time you receive any such harrassing calls from his corporation.  I'm sure Art would LOVE to hear from each of you!

So I received ANOTHER call. I told them I got a call a couple months ago from a Sandra and they need to stop calling me.  She said, "There has never been a Sandra working here"  I told them they needed to stop lying and stop calling me.  And she said "We will see you in court" and hung up on me.

Thank you!  I have  been searching long and hard for this information.  They refuse to give the address and answer the phone as corporate office.  They had an argument with me over the phone about SOL in my state and when I pulled up the info and proved them wrong they got very nasty.  Anyway, filing with the Attorney General now that i have this information.

Locating the physical address in Washington, DC for the call center is going to be tricky, they only provide the mailing address in Alpharetta, GA - which I suspect is simply a mail drop box. They are not listed in the DC sec of state.

Don't be threatened or abused by this sham collection agency, they will use intimidation tactics and legal jargon to muscle you around on phone calls.

I keep getting a recorde message from Ron Abrams from CFS and Associates saying that a case has been filed against me in my county. I find it curious that you don't name the county and when I call the county courthouse they have no record of anything being filed.

Hi everyone..this is what you should do when any representative from C.F.S. and Associates contacts you asking for payment, ask them to send copies of the original paperwork (including forms with signatures)  (I bet they do not have access to them) and also send a certified copy of a Cease and Desist letter.  They should not contact you any more.

Clarification......send the Cease and Desist letter to C.F.S. and Associates.
