I recieved a message from 'Don Mack' in Feb.  2011 saying that there was a claim being filed against me, I called him back and gave him my Debit Card information.  I was then telling my husband about the conversation and he said something just did not seem right, so we got online and started researching and relized I feel for a Scam!!!  I thought I was done with it when I did not receive calls, after they did not get their money, but I was wrong!!!  In this week alone I have gotten a message from Don Mack and a women.  In the message Don Mack left me he said the I needed to call ASAP and set my court date, and the message I got today, just said that I needed to call back today.  I have called the company they claim I owe money to and they said that they in no was assosiated with this company and that it is in deed a scam.
I have never been charged with anything in my life, but I would imagine that if I was being charged with something I would have been served with papers of some sort from someone in my city.  I am going to my local court house tomorrow to see if there are any records of charges against me.
This is driving me crazy, I have done stupid things in my past but I have now payed all debts and filed bankrupcy on all others.  All I keep thinking is what if it is real and I am being charged, what will happen to me and my family?
I have also been in contact with the AG office in my state and filed a complaint with them.  The person I spoke with said that what they are doing is against the law.

Just wanted to give you some more information....So I just left my attorney's office, and was advised to call our friends at CFS and tell them that what they are doing is wrong and against the law!!  I have filed bankrupcy and all debts (BY LAW, whether they were included in the bankrupcy or not) thet happened before the filing date are discharged and they are not allowed to collect on them!!  I have also been told by CFS that I will have to go to court and possible jail time.  Which is also against the Fed. laws!  My attorney said that you cannot go to jail for bad debts!!
So I came home and called CFS, and asked for one of the people that has called and left me a message and they did not know who she was, however they were able to pull up my information, I told the women I was spoke to (sorry I did not catch her name) that I have just spoken to my Attorney and because I have filed Bankrupcy that this debt has been discharged, She then said (and you are going to love this one!) "Okay so what information do I need?" Are you fing kidding me!?!?!  I gave her my attorneys name and my case number and she said "okay, do I need anymore information?" I gave her his number and told her when the bankrupcy was discharged and she said "okay I will put this information on file."  and that was the end of the call!
I hope they no longer call, and I hope that this in some way has help any of you!!

Well it appears This CSS company is now PDLR Arbitrators and they love threatening sick people with warrants and jail time.  Your scare tactics are horrid and vile.  It is sickening to think you can do this and go home at night and enjoy yourself, while other families are stressed about going to jail because your so called payment plan didn't fit their budget and you would not accept what they could pay.  And not taking a money order or check and only wanting a credit card number and charging 5.95 to process a payment also because you don't process payments in your office. Sounds like a bunch of [***] to me.  So you want to file a warrant for me, ok go ahead.  You want to take me to court? Ok am down with that also.  I offered to pay you but you would not accept my payment because I would not pay with a credit/debit card.  So I guess you don't want my money that bad.

Got a call from PDLR Arbitrators regarding a payday loan my daughter had in 2007.  First name I got was Chloe, but when my daughter called she talked with Sandra Adams, legal assistant.  They told me one thing and told her something else and seem to change their stories on a daily basis.  Maybe they should write down what they say so they won't get confused. Interesting.  I'm wondering if Sandra and Chloe are the same person since their extensions are the same!

I'm also dumbfounded that NOT PISSED thinks only legitimate and real companies exist in the United States.  What planet are you on?  Are you really this damn stupid?  And any legitimate business would not waste time posting on this board to begin with.

We have verified the address on the "official letter" you sent is a mail drop box in a strip mall.  Furthermore, as a business professional, your letterhead and letter are completely unacceptable.  What serious company using some sort of funky font for their name unless you're in the entertainment business (by the way, you people are rather entertaining).  Second, do you know what the difference between an email address and website address is?  Top right corner of letter shows: WWW.SADAMS@CFRAUDLLC.COM   You obviously need to attend business school!

Anyone reading this be advised:  do not fall for these scare tactics.  Contact your Attorney General's office immediately and file a complaint.  Also contact the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.  Send a cease and desist letter to the company mailbox 2905 JORDAN COURT
SUITE B 205  ALPHARETTA, GA 30004 and send a copy of the same letter to the Attorney General's office.  It won't work with these people, but at least you have followed proper procedures in the event you need to file suit against them.  Send it registered and see if anyone picks it up from the post office.

In closing I will say to these fools...you want to go to court... we will see you there!

no, just submitted all the info to my bank and they agree. Total sham. They even said they had the check in front of them but told me the wrong routing number and subsequently I got them to say the wrong bank. Just keep pressing them for information and don't let them scare you. Especially Arthur King, or sandra adams or whoever. Totally incompetant jerks, but I got em to slip up. Get more info!!

OMG i talked to the same person Don Mack on September 12, 2011. He said there was a felony case agaisnt in court and if i didnt pay 700.00 i will be sentenced to prison. I gave him my information ( debit card number)  a person name Sandra Adams emailed me  a document to sign (payment agreement). But once I saw the document i could see it was a fake. So I had to cancel my debit card right away and the next day a faxed was sent to my employer that PDLR is garnishing my wages. My boss knew it was a scam too.

FYI its illegal for any debt collector to threat anyone nor state they are investigators and ask for you to pay only by debit or credit card. Its illegal to claim your going to jail for something this small. You can only  get paper work from a court to make arrangements. A debt collector cannot contact you if you request them to stop. You can either send a cease all contact letter by mail or email. PDLR is a fraud, and a scam company. They have already been under investigation and if they contact you call FBI or FTC or Attorneys for Consumers. They will tell you that these people are criminals and are trying to scare you just to get free money from you that you will never see again. Watch out for them telling you they are investigators of any kind. If they are rude and harassing they are violating Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Report them!

FBI Report replies to CFS Response
According to FDCPA or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act it is illegal for any debt collector to state you will be arrested or issues a warrant for this type of debt. Read Section 806 under Fair Debt Collection Practices Act link. Also you have the right to tell any debt collector to cease and desist any further contact with you, your family and employment. Under Section 805. By law you have rights! FTC, FBI, FCC take reports like this all the time! Contact them and report these people! The people PDLR, CSA, CFS or other names they go by are FRAUDS they have over 3,000 reports on the number 240-247-1564 and other numbers from them! They scam people who do not know the law or FDCPA every day! FTC and Attorneys for Consumers all stated that they are criminals and they change they number and names so they cannot be tracked! FBI National Press have a report of these such companies scams on Payday loans! Do not pay them anything and report them also, block them or tell them to cease any contact with you if they don't report them with FBI or local authorities as well as FTC, FCC. Below is a link read it and know your rights!

    REPORTED Information
(PDLR, CSA, CFS or other names they used or using) Most likely you will speak to the same person whom change names, accents and their so called company names! It is a scam! A lawyer stated they know about these people because its in the FBI National Press and reports are coming in to FTC, FCC and Attorneys for Consumers. They use the scare tactics on people who do not know FDCPA law or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Law Section: 806. Obviously they do not know the law themselves and this makes it a violation on their part and a fraud! They use one common number 240-247-1564. And have other numbers. Don't call them back nor answer them, just report them or block them! BBB stated they are not a real company. They do however get reports about them about the harassment they commit against consumers. FTC, stated that you cannot be arrested for this type of debt. Next time they call hang up and report them to the FBI. They are currently being tracked to local their official location and investigated because they are committing a crime. Don't give them your information or verify any with them!

    Frustrated
I received a call from these people this afternoon.  What originally concerned me was that they called from a local number instead of the usual out-of-state numbers. Glad to re-read all of this.  This is the second time that a company has harassed be regarding PayDay loans.  Sadly, the very first company was nice and I didn't have time to do research. I just paid it.  I'm not paying this a THIRD time! But, it's still a little nerve-racking to answer a call with 'litigation' and 'arbitration' being mentioned...
