I have 4 lines on my account and this 1-877-671-1851 keeps calling one of those lines who is NOT me. I don't know who they are but keep asking if they have my permission to make changes. Is this a scam or is it really Sprint?

Very Annoying... it is definately not bill collectors but they do say they are from Sprint. I have a Sprint phone but they ask questions they should already know. I hang up and call back but I just get a busy signal.

Pnone rings; it's an 800 number; I reject the call; no message left.  I never answer 800 numbers and numbers I don't know.  I also do not have Sprint.  It has SCAM written all over it.

It's Sprint/Nextel crap. I am on do not call list and they have some guts to call me. They call on cell phone and on my office. I hope they go bankrupt. Skin peeling [***].

I got one of these calls today, so I googled it to find out what it was, and found this site.  My new phone has an option to set the ringer to NONE for specific phone numbers, which is a great feature. If they call again, I won't hear it.

I just got a call from this number.  Had to get up out of
bed to answer the phone.. I was watching a great video on
You Tube and this call interrupted me.  By the time
I got to the phone, they had hung up and left no message.
I do have Sprint, so now I know not to answer in the future.

It's just sprint calling to tell you about new features and basically sell you stuff...

I have gotten a lot of these calls.  the thing that pisses me of the most is it is ONLY A CALLBACK NUMBER.  noone talks when you answer.  It doesn't get much worse than that.

I answered 6 to a few of them and then started to answer 5 to deal with the people.  I get on there and tell them NO I will not give you my information.  I need you to transfer me to someone who can REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THIS LIST.  

The first call to them today - They sent me to the do-not-call registry.....which is bogus because they are contacting me as a CUSTOMER TO SELL ME MORE SERVICE...therefore making the do-not-call list invalid.

The second call they transferred me to Customer service...Neil at Sprint also wanted all of my details and my pin code.  I told him my number and to remove me from the list.  I refused to provide any more detail to them.  I also made it very clear to all the people that I spoke to that if this does not stop NOW, I will cancel my service.

I am beyond my contract term and would suffer no harm to port my number elsewhere.

I agree with everyone on this site - it is Sprint and they are getting on my nerves. If this continues we should all switch to another provider and teach them a lesson.

This is not really Sprint. I called the Sprint Customer Service and asked them, they replied that it is a scam. Do not give these people information, they will clean out your accounts. IT IS A SCAM.

If it was really Sprint, they would leave a message, and would only call the account holders.

Do NOT give them any of your personal information.

they call on my cell phone and don't respond when I answer.  They call every day about 9 am.  I have a feeling it's Sprint since they are my carrier

I also receive daily hang-up calls from this number.
Very annoying!

I'm leaving Sprint for Verizon as soon as my contract is up!!!!!!!!
