This company took money from my account stating that I authorized it.  They are totally a bogus company,the charge to my account was from Giove law firm.....Crooks, Crooks, Crooks!

In this state of economy some of us do have legitamate reasons why we are not able to satisfy our debts. Mine for example..... I worked for over 20 years, paid every debt I owed, a family of 6 had everything we needed and did not live outside our means. I am now on the short list to life and do not need to be harrassed by rude, foul, and deplorable people.
To have lost an Executive corporate position due to my health, which I enjoyed dearly and miss. Now my day consists of Medication 24/7, endless tests and surgeries all to try and prevent the inevitable.... now whos the moron ??? Don't ever pass judgement on people or their personal situations.....Karma is a wonderful thing and your time will come, be sure of that. I hope this has made you feel like the "big" person you think you are !!!!!!

I have recieved many calls from a man name John Constastine, isn't that some comic book character?  Anyway he has left me some very rude messages that they need  a statement from me or they will proceed?  Proceed with what?  He has nvere said what they are proceeding with or about.  He says he's from L Ryan Copeland Law Firm.  I'm going to call this law firm and see how many other comic book characters work there.

I was skeptical also, who isnt when they are told they owe money. however, this is a legit law firm that has a client in which they are given files to collect debt on http://www.lrcopelandlawoffice.com/
i asked for the website and they gave it to me..they were very helpful and worked out a payment arrangement with me. They are willing to work with you to clear this debt, at least they were with me..

I have been contacted by "Shawna" from this number. This number appears on a web site for http://www.lrcopelandlawoffice.com. The address on the web site is in Depew, NY. 14043. The statement I got is from 626 North French Rd, Suite 7, Amherst, NY. 14228. This woman expected me to give my bank account info over the phone immediately and are charging $200 more than the original debt. They have called me at work and at home. I have not and will not pay them. If they sue me, they sue me. I doubt they will.

They called me too many times. Looking for a "Holly Taylor."
I am the only one who has ever had my number and don't know a Holly Taylor.
Told them not to call many times. Now I'm recording all of their harrassing scam calls to send to the FCC, FTC and every other lettered Gov't bureau I can find.

My final solution, a personal denial of service attack. I called 50+ times and left messages, everything from screams to whispers followed by screams to information regarding them and their practices and even replaying their threatening messages. I had a lot of fun for an evening. A week later they called to inform me that they wanted the calls to stop or they would report me to their own law office (huh?). They also said that I was off their calling list.

They'll probably just reform under yet another name and call me again in which case I'll call them 100 times (and get others to do the same).

Vorpal Desilijic u r an idiot! i dont owe anyone money and they called my friend saying i listed her as an emergency contact at some hospital! i dont know how they got her number and my name! so i guess they r the real scumbags and u need stfu and mind ur own business!

this company just called me and i asked for another paper stating what i owe and they laughed at me and said they sent one so they werent sending a sec one..they call with a private number ..

Very rude and disrespectful company. Don't pay these with people with a check; they will go into your account, on a day that you didn't give them permission to go into your account. They did it to me, and I am fighting to get my money back into my account now. I had to change my banking information and close my account with my bank. They wiped my account clean and caused me about $75, worth of late fees and NSF charges. Don't give your banking information to a company that you can't even find there web site easy online.

Just because your husband has a+ credit doesnt mean your debt couldnt be sold by the company he paid...Sometimes the issue is the original creditor that sold the account not properly queing or placing account in a paid status, therefore the debt is sold until you provide proof! Keep records once you provide proof they wont bother you anymore!

Regardless of what they bought the account for , you owe the money, be responsible. You didn't act this way when you went out and spent the money you borrowed! This is the real problem with America! Pointing the finger! Being irresponsible!
