these guys are scammers big time!  I have no unpaid debt...I haven`t borrowed $ in 25 years! my credit bureau is PERFECT. we even have life lock.
their # was on TV in Phoenix as a SCAM.
but they keep calling...i even have NO CALL and reported them to that...they just change phone #s!

They told me that I owe them 300.00 and threaten to take me to court and they took one amount out of my account now they are taking a different amount out of my account and they said they are through pay day loan company never heard of that company and search them over the internet and they said my name is not in their system and the cope and and told them that they was lying and it was a scam then I got call call from them and they said do not call this screaming and belittle my employees

Have been receiving calls from a Brown Meyers and Associates almost daily saying I owe on a returned bad check and to call immediately or have my counsel call them. A woman's voice then comes on but I can not understand the garbled message.  I have not responded to it as it is not true and can not understand part of it. Also, after reading some of the comments I will not respond to them. Why should I send them a letter or anything?  I am going to report them to the BBB, the polilce (harassment), let the bank know this is happening, and to the Attorney General in my state.

I own nothing--- have excellent credit and will continue to ignore their abrasive scam messages.

you are a legit scumbag yourself.. dont come out and judge people about their financial stability when you dont know anyone on here. and on that note, its kinda odd how you are commenting on a thread that supposedly has "nothing" to do with you. alot of people have debt, even the rich and successful you rocket scientist. just alil something for you... if we didnt give a [***] about our debt we wouldnt be researching this company to see if they are legit before we give them our hard earned money.

This is the same company that calls under "Weinberg Grace" and many other aliases. If these people have harassed you illegally call this number and report them 716-876-5303 it is their local sheriff's office and they have been in contact with them today.  So call now and let the cops know whats really going on.

I had my husband (who is an attorney)do research on Brown Meyers & Associates/ Law Office of Ryan L Copeland due to the multiple phone calls they were making to get a hold of my son about a payday loan. Come to find out this company employs convicted felons, and the director Mr. Jay Rodriguez is listed as a sexual harasser along with a Darren Gonzalez! This was all the information needed to understand that this company is absolutely unstable! Clearly they have no regards of who they employ and further more what idiot hires without background checks? These are unorganized debt collectors with a bad reputation and it makes no sense to pay when they will probably be shut down due to the illegal ways they try handling people!

Hello, you need to go to your bank and have those debits stopped.  Then you need to open up a new account and stop using the other account.  Then you need to contact the FTC and your attorney generals office.
