They have been calling me every five minutes so I decide to answer and someone was there, but would not say anything!

Get calls all times of the day and night. When I answer no one says anything.

I GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ALL THE TIME ONLY ONCE I ANSWER MALE AS TO SPEAK TO MICHAEL.THEN HANG UP YOU TRY TO CALL BACK OPERATOR SAYS THIS NUMBER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS NOT IN SERVICE.I WANT SOME ONE TO TELL ME HOW CAN ANY ONE CALL YOU WITH A NUMBER AND IT IS NOT IN SERVICE.

I received multiple calls from this numberON  THANKSGIVING DAY ! Must have been a telemarket employee and maybe not from the U.S. since it is Thanksgiving Day (American companies usually do not work)...I just let the phone ring and ring  every hour or half  hour. He/she leaves no message until the work shift is finished. Probably trying to look busy working but must have programmed the call center phone to ring on a continuous pattern to contact U.S. people. Person has no morals as a human being so I am reporting the call to the Do NOT CALL Registry and any other agency that tracks indecent, annoying calls.  

Got a call and when I answered they would not speak. No one there?

They need to stop calling me

I've been receiving calls from the about indicated phone number for the last 3 months.  However, yesterday 11/27/2014 (Thanksgiving day) from approx 3:15PM to 7:30Pm received 17 calls and nobody  answers.  So this morning had several in the morning.  This afternoon at approx, 3:15PM have received 7 calls and it is just after 5PM PST.  It is extremely annoying especially yesterday when you had a house full of guess for dinner.  The phone company said they can't do anything about it, it is wthin the law.  What can I do?

Someone please help me report this annoying company. I wish there was a lawyer to give them a great law suite.

I have been receiving the calls for months. In my research I have found it is something to do with insurance....hard to understand foreigners that are rude and seem to pry on the senior group.... plus they are very persistent not to mention annoying. How are they allowed to continue such rudeness and ignore requests to stop...what action be taken to have their tactics stopped.

Received 4 calls from this number.  It MUST stop immediately.  

They call 5 times a day. I've blocked the number but the voicemail still comes through. Nothing on the vm.

If you want to get these guys to stop contact their number provider tell them your sick of it give them your number and the number they are calling from, this number is hosted by resporgsolutions.com I sent a email to sms@resporgsolutions.com and told them i was sick of the 320 calls per day and that i didnt need auto insurance or health insurance or auto warranty as i have all that already. And I also told them i was on the do not call list as well.

They promptly replied and assured i would not be getting any more calls. They are the ones who provide the number to these offshore telemarketers.

This no. 877-886-9298 called me at least 10 times today.  What can i do to stop this.  We hang up, answer, or just stay on the line and not say anything.  Does not stop them from calling.  Very annoying....

Constantly calling no one on other line. It is harrassment. I will file a complaint

Calls from this number 877-886-9298 from heavy accent I believe from India persistent about insurance quotes, it is without a doubt a harasser making these calls.

This  caller is calling my phone up to 20 times per hour.  When I answer they don't say a word, disconnect and hang up.
