I receive calls at least 9 or 10 times a day from this number.  I do not answer the phone.  It is very annoying.  There is no identification on who is calling.

why cant they be stopped

Received a call from this number (877)886-9298 on November 6 at12:36 PM, EST. Did not answer.

this number calls the cell phone given to me by my job all the time.  It's annoying because only people from work are supposed to have the number. The caller never leaves a voicemail, and on the rare occasion I pick up, silence on the other end until an automated voice says goodbye and ends the call

same here they now call every half hour tired tro answer it a few time to tell them to leave me the hello alone, but no now is ever there. dont they have real job

Just block them. That's what I did. Waiting to see if it works!
