They have sent out unsolicited text messages to me and charged me an unknown amount for them (I'm on pay as you go) there is no warning of the charges.

I was trying to download a free app on my phone during this a message popped up asking me for a pin number i had no idea what it was then it gave me a pin number to put in i did this then i got a message saying i had to pay £4.50 per week for this i didnt even know what it was i was trying to download the sky news at this time and it has nothing to do with it i sent a message saying stop straight away but its not going it just has a question mark by it all the time , its now affecting my human rights as i cannot top up my phone as i keep receiving messages for the £4.50 each time  can this please stop before i take more legal action thankyou !

They're taking £5 a week off my credit, and if i ant got sufficiant they'll take what ive got. How can we stop it??? HELP...
