They have called at least 10 times in the last week, I cannot understand the company name, but it is some financial network. They never say who they are looking for. Very frustrating!!

Called my house and said to call back "Craig Moore" on this number ext 312 - sounds like a telemarketer!

I get called once a day by these people.  I called from another phone and they said, Zenith Financial Network, possibly a collection outfit.  I asked a lawyer's advice, and he said he thought it was suspicious.  If they were bill collectors or something, you would have heard about it by now, by other means.  Check your credit report.  If it's OK, then it's probably not legit.  They would have mailed you or something.  It possibly might be an outfit of Florida, supposedly new within the last month or two.

This company has been calling me at least once a day for the past week or so. They never ask for anyone by name nor say what the call is regarding. I called the number and got a recording that asked me to leave a message, which of course I didn't. The recording says the company is Zenith Financial Network and it appears to be a debt collection company. I have absolutely NO unpaid debts...no loans except for my mortgage, no credit card balances, no unpaid bills, etc. All of my bills are paid in full and on time every single month. I owe money to no one!  I googled them and found absolutely nothing on them. I think this is a fishing scam. If it was genuine, they would have notified me by mail or something. I think they may be fishing for personal information to steal your identity or con you into paying off some debt that you don't owe. I'm going to ignore these calls. If it's legit, they can prove it.

Just found out some good stuff.  I found a Zenith Financial Network in Boca Raton, Florida, but no phone number.  Doing a search of financial places turned up a place called Financial Network Media at exactly the same address as Zenith Financial Network.  I'll see if I can find anything more, but the data for both is:

I was off work today and received an email from my boss that "Agent Evans" of Zenith Legal Services wanted me to call him regarding a specific case number. I work for the State of Tennessee and they are calling my job and speaking with supervisors...not cool. I have never heard of them nor the case number given. Just curious...is this considered a violation if they are calling at work on a government line no less?

Had the same "agent evans" call my work today with a case number ect.. its illegal for them to continue to call after being told not to call you at work. Has anything ever came of this "case' for you?

People from this number have been calling my friend "many times", as was quoted.  The caller was a "Stephanie Sanders" & gave the extension of 321.  She told my friend that their company was attempting to find me & mentioned something about fraud and gave my friend a case number.  Please help me, isn't it illegal for a person to give information like a case number, to someone other than that person they are looking for?  Isn't that considered confidential or something.  When she'd receive a call from this number, she would deny that she knew me or knew my whereabouts.

These people keep calling me at work, saying that I am going to jail. I have told them not to call my work and they keep doing it anyway. I had a loan out with a company and paid it off. They say I did not and are coming for me. I told them to show the bill and they can't. I also told them that yes I would make a payment but it had to be only by money order and not my credit card. They said they only accepted credit cards. I told them no and if they wanted money that is the way it has to be. Money order only. They keep calling and harassing me. I am gonna lose my job because of them if they do not stop!!

I am getting called by this person 3 or 4 times a day, everyday and its some chick named Sandy, doesn't say who she wants to speak to, just gives me this number to call her back, the number she actually calls me from is a land line based in Wallace Idaho 208-753-7127

Same thing happened to me. I was down with the flu, they called  both of my daughters phone numbers looking for me(one was in high school when they called). I took the call and this jerk told me they would have me arrested if I didnt pay this bill RIGHT NOW. It was for a much larger amount then I actually owed, when I said I need them to send something in writing they said ok and while your getting that in the mail we will have someone just come piick you up and take you in. Scared the crap outta me and I gave them my bank info. (BIG MISTAKE) I called the actual loan company that i owe, they never heard of Zenith. I had to call the bank and stop payment, cancel the debit card etc. I contacted the FTC make a report. Its all a scam. these people get your credit report and pretend to be a collection agency and threaten hoping you will give them money etc THEY ARE NOT LEGIT. Dont give them the time of day! I told them not to contact us by phone anymore, I filed a police report, contacted the FTC and reported them and that if they continue to harrass me I will sue them for illegal collection practices. They were ruthless predators. Just remember there is no such thing as a debtors prison. You cant go to jail for a debt.

This company has called several me several times. The messages have been different each time. The first time they said they were investigating check fraud involving my name. The second time they said they were trying to collect a debt. The third time they said they needed a verbal statement from me. I have not returned any of their calls as I could not locate any info on line as to this company being legit.This site has been helpful too since it seems other has encountered issues with this company and it appears they are a scam. I have also received no mail from them regarding this so called debt. I filed a complaint with my state's attorney general because this place seems extremely suspicious.

I have been contacted by this number when they call it's a 409 234-4819 Number which is resiteried in reverse lookup as a Jewlery place but they give the call back number as 1888-266-2519 talking about they were going to contact the county I live in for allegation on my SS number . After seeing this post it must be a scam didn't think bill collected could do this What do you Do next to quit the hassament .

I find it interesting how they get cell phone numbers of people close to us.  "STEVEN WILSON" called my aunt early in the morning claiming to be someone from Cook County regarding a civil lawsuit. They "STEVEN WILSON" my job and spoke with my supervisor saying he is from "BAYER AND ASSOCIATES" and need to get information to garnish my wages.  Then "STEVEN WILSON" calls me and leaves a message but he does not identify the company he works for.  The first time I talk to him and he is working for a "LEGAL DEPARTMENT".  He never once said he is from "ZENITH FINANCIAL".

This is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Ace, section 807.  False or misleading representations  [15 USC 1692e]

I call him up. I record the phone call. I ask for written validation of the debt as described in section 809.  Validation of debts   [15 USC 1692g].   "STEVEN WILSON" refuses to send anything in the mail. He insists I need to call the bank who will refer me to them.  He then hangs up. I call him back and he says "I' am not here to play phone games, sir.".

I asked "STEVEN WILSON" to simply state for the record (I informed him I was recording the phone conversation)... WHAT IS HIS NAME AND THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY?  He did not answer and he hung up.  

Which leads me to believe this is a SCAM. He is playing a phone game (His favorite line "I'm not here to play phone games"). Their game is to try and get people SCARED so that they give their credit card or bank account number over the phone.

These people called me twice so far.  They are 'looking' for a friend of mine and they say she gave them my information as a reference.  I called 866-266-2579 and asked for the same extension many of you have iterated - 321 and Stephanie Sanders answered the phone.  Scam, scam, scam.  I told they I didn't know how to get ahold of my friend and they called again today...someone needs to put them out of business.

I am reporting them to Attorney General office this is crazy...I told them to stop they never do they keep calling financial company

They have been calling me and they won't send me any proof of the debt.  They said they are going to sue me for check fraud. I filed a complaint with the FTC.
