I been getting calls from this number i dnt know who it is

I did not receive a phone call.  But in review of my credit card bill I noticed Verizon Wireless took an automatic deduction which I owe but it was twice in the same month and for the same amount.  Upon further review I noticed that the fraudulent billing to my credit card was from Verizon Wireless IVR VN FOLSUM CA.   How did they know the amount of my legitimate bill and how did they get on my credit card bill?  I am wondering if the electronic device that can be slid into gas pumps (credit card slots) and other credit card slots at other businesses to steal information from your credit card is a possible answer to the bank card and credit card fraud.

Well, that would be a great start. Further, just so you know they do have chip readers. Now they cannot duplicate the chips but they can use the information to program the stripe. Also remember the Folsom has a prison and most of the prisoners today have cell phones.
