Call your bank or credit card company and tell them you didn't authorize or recognize the charge.  Start with a phone notification but the dispute form must be in writing within 60 days.  Instructions are on the back of the credit card statement.

Also take a moment and visit the fbi.gov site and click on the Internet Crime link to file a complaint with law enforcement.

Don't take "no" for an answer from the bank and dispute, dispute, dispute.  If all else fails go to OCC.gov and file a complaint against the bank.  FTC too.  Although they may resolve it over the phone make sure you dispute the charge in writing (their form if they send it) and don't believe anything they say until you see an actual refund.

Just contact the number on your credit card bill next to the charge... its 888-389-0108.  They credited the $39.71(from the past 3 months) back to my account with no problems.  Im going to report this scam as well

Same as everyone else.  Surprisingly, the person on the other end of the phone didn't put up too much of  a squawk when I told her to refund my money.  Don't take no for an answer.  Going to fbi.gov right now.  Luckily I have a good bank and they were on the phone with me same day to see if this was an authorized purchase or not.

I called the number like suggested, and it is a wait, imagine, it seems like we were all hit within the last few days. The customer service person did not even question the fact that i had a transaction that I did not authorize. She just processed the refund. I also put a report into fbi.gov as suggested. They send a report to your local police department also. She said I had subscribed to some movie and picture site....make sure you get it cancexled as soon as possible as it is a subscription.

The child support card must have a number you can call, instructions when you see a charge you don't recognize: fraud in this case.

Contact the State Attorney General, fbi.gov link to complain about a fraudulent transaction.  Which state and which cell phone company?  Most cell phone companies have very lax security: I don't trust any of them.

Since lafincs.com isn't even a real site, I suspect someone at the cell phone company SOLD your child support card number and didn't use it for a shopping spree.  Data sold and used by the Russian mob.

Like a credit/debit card you must report this within 60 days and report the charge as FRAUD.

call the phone number next to the transaction. the customer service rep will cancel the transaction and block that person from making any other transactions from your account. They are the [***]. I was sure I was [***] on that one but they were awesome. Luckily whoever tried to scam you went through an external provider who protects people who get charged for no reason.
