You MUST file a FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION claim. Going the 'dispute' route gives them the lazy out and it IS a fraudulent transaction..

These sonsofbitches charged me $40.50 for 4 months. I think my bank is reimbursing me but, thus far, all they have done is freeze my accounts and cancel my debit card. i have never purchased anything on line and am very concerned about how such a fraudulent company got my information. Thanks all you folks who have had similar problems and have had the knowledge and willingness to let the rest of us know. Hopefully these dirty rotten scoundrels will get their just deserts and be trapped in a bank vault with limited oxygen.

Yeap I noticed this today on my online statement. I should have looked closer last month as it appears they started then.

Call my bank and they have now canceled my card and are sending out a new one within a week tops.

never answered the call from this company and they still managed to debit my checking account for 39.71 US dollars.  Called the # after getting my bank statement and they advised me that someone might have gotten my CC# and used it to do this transaction, but i think it was from a website through the Food Stamps site that i tryied to use to get food stamps in Michigan.  Make sure that you know the site you are on b4 submitting any info that might be detrimental to your finances.  They did say that i would be reembursed in 7-10 buisiness days, hope so or im going ballistic on someone :)

I didnt receive a call from the 888 number but I had a charge of $39.71 on my charge card.  What is this and how did they get my credit card number?

I have had the same issue with a charge of $39.71 for the past 4 months.  Call you credit card and have them contact the fraudulent company with you on the phone.  Also have the credit card company change the account number on your card and send out new cards.

I was fraud this week, february 21th and I don't know how they get my credit card number. I am fromm Quebec City.

This is the second time that I am called( period december/january & period  januaryu/february) to pay  approximately the same soms (22/12 2010: 30,64€; 13/01/2011 :30,28€; 16/01/2011 :30,14€_12/02/2011 :29,99€ ; 15/02/2011 :29,72€).I d'ont know where from they get the autorisation to require these paiements.
The only vsible reference is Lafinks .com 8883890108...This paiement is required through my credit mastercard

I have been on my CC $41.00 for the past 3 months from lafincs.com 8883890108. My PC was for repair for some time. When I got back, I went online to see where these charges come from. Don't took long this was another scan. It is as same that credit companies don't: casth this! type of scames.

me too in UK with $39.71 no idea how it started but card company are cancelling the card to stop payments and sending me a new one. I missed it for a while as the actual cost to me was changing each month due to the exchange rate into £ sterling.

Beware! If you receive charges on your credit card from this company you are being ripped off! Even after you call in, they will continue to bill your credit card. The only option you have to stop the transactions is to call your bank, cancel your card, and get a new card issued!

I've ripped off by this company for the last two months.
Each time it's for $39.71 or £25.00 over here, give or take a
few pence due to the exchange rate.

Tried contacting the company, but was talking to a non-english speaking
rep.  How very convenient. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't clown company's like this be blocked from the internet & why
don't the FBI & British police do something to protect innocent people

I had the same charge on my bill for months and they changed it FYI it now called Myrtletrade.net so WATCH OUT FOR THAT TOO!!!!!!!!!!
