Received in Illinois a green card today from Combined Package Services, PO Box 820, Whitehouse, TX to schedule a pickup at 877-623-1611.  Thanks to the info here - did not respond and tossed card.  Thanks everyone for the heads up.

I received in Minneola, Fl today. I call but I do not enter any # as they request. I hang the phone and check and here I am.  LESSON, Next time check first.

I got the same green card in the mail and mine said COMBINED PACKAGESERVICES p.o.box 820 Whitehouse,Tx 75791 (877)6231611 .Why do scammers spend so much time trying to hurt people when it's easier to help or do nothing at all. Thanks for the heads up on this one.

They are still at it - my little green post card arrived today and looked way too fishy to be legit plus I knew I hadn't ordered anything.  Think I will take the little green card to the post office and see if there's something that can be done through postmaster channels since the sender obviously is operating across state lines with their scams.  The phone # on my card is 877-623-1611.

I just got my green card in the mail today in Orlando from SPS in Whitehouse Tx. I wish them nothing but grief.

Got the green card today February 15th, with a new number 877-623-1611. Glad I check all your postings.

I got mine today and did the GOOGLE and went to the BBB Michigan connection after this one. The phone number is: 877-623-1611 for contact for package pick up.

Got mine today in McHenry, IL.  Same name, and number as everyone else.
Figured if I had a package coming I would have known about it!  They can't be that brights, since EVERYONE Googles these days!

Thanks for the Post, I threw the card away from Combined package Services after I filed a complaint with the USPS.

Another person in Orlando who got this little green card. I was suspicious as I knew I hadn't ordered anything so I decided to Google and it brought me right here. So thanks to whoever started this thread!

I like the idea of filing a USPS fraud complaint. I think I'll do that too.

I received my lucky green postcard today, information as posted in myriad posts in this thread. I reported it to USPS investigations.

Got the same green postcard from P.O. Box 820 Whitehouse, TX 75791.  Actually called the number ...talked to a girl rep..telling me I have a free vaction package of 3 of which to choose from.  Didn't really give her personal information accept she verified my name, number I was calling from.  She had asked if I had a significant other..which I said yes and had asked for his name which I had told.  Then she asked if I had made a combined househould income of more than $40,000 ..and I said yes.  Then we set up a time and day to pick up package.  She gave me the address of where to pick it up.  Of course, still was sketchy after I hung up. Therefore, I googled the company..and lold and behold.  It is a scam.  I then wanted to check out the address the girl rep had told me to go to pick up the package.  And this was what I got...check out the link........

I received the green card in central FL with a phone # of 877-623-1611 from Combined Package Services.  Also had a package # and track #.  Thanks for exposing this everyone!

I received my green card in the mail yesterday (4/19/2011).  However, it was interesting.  I recently moved from Sanford, FL, to Orlando, FL. The USPS had put the green card into an envelope that they use for mail that gets destroyed.  So, I was confused.  
This morning I called the number on the card - (888) 333-8602 and kept getting a recording - please try your number again.  So, I was suspicious looked up Combined Package Services, P.O. Box 820, Whitehouse, TX  75791 and found this string of posts.  SCAM indeed!!!  
I also had a Package Number and Track Number.  
I'm now going to report fraud on the USPS website.
