I'm in Central Ohio also and I got this postcard.  After looking it up via Google, I found these comments.  Thanks for the heads up!  You just saved me some time and the hassle.

My teenage daughter called me with this info and I was upset with her thinking she didnt answer the door for UPS or something. (it's Christmas time after all) When I got home and seen it, I immediately figured it was a SCAM!!! Sorry we missed you....From Texas??? Call to schedule a pick up....From Ohio to Texas, I think not.
I will be forwarding this to the Ohio Attorney General!

Received the same card in Holland, MI. yesterday (Dec.26) from Tyler, TX. Thought about it and decided to google it. Sure glad I did. Thanks for the heads up. We are senior citizens and don't need to be scamed.

They're still sending out the cards.  I'm in Michigan and got mine in the mail on Dec 26.  It was postmarked Dec 17.  I thought it was a scam, so googled the name and found this website.   My card reads like all the others.  Thanks for the information.

Received postcard saying to call 888-4-PAK-DEL or 903 - 839-1500 to schedule pickup for package 1109-9506-9146.

I did not make the call...suspected some scam.

Express Package Delivery is still at it. Received the notification of trying to deliver a package and I just needed to call them.  888 4 PAK-DEL.  Looks like they are trying to take advantage of the Christmas season.

I just got a card in the mail yesterday and I live in Pittsburgh PA...Strange thing is I just ordered something on-line and at first thought there was a mix up somewhere.  I never called the number on the postcard...
