My local CPAP supply company sold their business to Lincare. Lincare called me and left a msg to refill my supplies. I called my local company to verify this was true and it was confirmed. I then returned the cll to Lincare and found them to be even more helpful than my old local company. I also foud out that I can receive filters monthly instead of quarterly, they provide mask cushions monthly instead of quarterly, etc. I can state that I am very happy with the change to Lincare and what will be their continued follow up calls. And I did discuss the fact that the call came through anonomous but they cannot control that so I will now program their number to recieve future calls!!

I am probably getting one of these devices as a sleep aid soon but I've put the on Call Block (the phone rings one time and the Caller Blocked message comes over the phone and then it's done with).  This number has already called me twice today and they are getting no business from me.  I will purchase my machine elsewhere.  These people are too aggressive for my taste.

I get 2 or 3 calls daily from this phone.no one talks on the other line.It is very annoying

They cannot call you if you have not had a business relationship for more than one year...your complaint will not be investigated.

Most phones and phone companies allow you to block unwanted numbers like these and other unwanted callers, maybe like your mother-in-law.

I do business with Lincare and I noticed that several identified Lincare as the caller, but I do not answer phone calls for unidentified numbers. If Lincare wants to talk to me they need to identify themselves.

It is Lincare- CPAP department and they cant leave a message due to HIPAA regulations.
They are calling to ask if you need any supplies.  What irritates me about this call is that they can never tell you how much you're going to pay for the supplies. They tell you that your insurance company has approved the supplies, but they have no idea if you have met your deductible or what your coinsurance is. If you want to find out how much you have to pay, then you have to call their billing department and probably your insurance company. I think that is poor business to cal people and tell them that they are eligible for supplies when in fact they dont have the whole story.

Excuse me, idiot, but this is a legit number. My 99 year old mother gets here C-Pap supplies from them, legitimately. They call about every 30 days to verify her required gear for the upcoming month, before shipping out. Don't assume, and don't be a di*k.

I have a cpap through Lincare and if they are calling to sell supplies you are better off going to Amazon it is cheaper. For a new mask Lincare charges about $150 same thing on Amazon is $80. For the cpap machine itself they sell it for over $1300 and it can be bought online for $808. If the insurance wasn't paying half the price of the machine I would tell them to get stuffed. They are way over priced.

Called all day long no message my husband picked up phone and told them off.  I don't understand wby they can't leave a message if it is a legit company.

Lincare is a low-life scam company of the 1st degree! Check their 'F' BBB rating! If you are dealing with this company, you are being ripped off!

This is LINCARE, medical supply company but the message took about 4 minutes to play with a recording on it to let me know who was calling.

This number has called me twice a day for two weeks!  What a pain!  No one there when I pick up.  Part of their recorded message has been on vm twice. "this item is available for purchase.  Please call..."

When this number calls me, they always leave a message but do not ID themselves as LinCare, just as  "...your Medical Supply company."  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and I don't caqll them back, so I have no idea if this is LinCare or some scam.  I only call LinCare when I need new equipment, and I just got an order a week ago, so............ I think this might be a scam.

I do not call back if voicemail does not say who called.

I received 2 calls from this number within an hour. The man said he was from my CPAP supplier. Then another voice said "Trying to make a connection" (twice) so I hung up.

Not sure if you are aware or even if you'll ever see this but are you aware you left, I presume, your phone on this link? If you call Lincare and ask them not to call you they will stop. I used to get these calls every month and didn't need supplies. I try to take care of my equipment. In any case, I call them when I need supplies and never receive a call from them any longer, however I do have to wait about 5 minutes while on hold but that's OK. I did leave a voicemail about 10 days ago as their message said I could place an order that way. Nope, I had to call them back to place the order, my order went to la-la land.
