    This is lincare or now Sleep circle.net. If you plan on using this company please do a search for complaints and you will find thousands. Don't be fooled by your Doctor who steered you to this company. Your doctor is getting perks from them. You have the right to get your CPap equipment from a good old fashion local pharmacy or they can recommend. If you get involved with this company you will regret it.

    It's Lincare. I did talk to one of their reps and they really push to have you place an order so they can continue to send you supplies based on Medicare guidelines. I asked if they had overnight service - no. Delivery 7-10 business days. I pay the postage. I am 20 mins away from a Lincare Center where I can get my supplies, when I  need them and not pay postage. They said the center shouldn't being doing that and they were going to report that to their supervisor. All they are interested in is establishing an ongoing delivery of supplies on a scheduled basis whether you need them or not based on the guidelines established by Medicare. I refused to do that and they were not happy.

    I love that they provide a service for my CPAP supplies. I just wish they would identify who they are and leave a message that says they are Lincare when they call.

    I know, it's annoying as hell!  I suspect the caller is a firm hired by Lincare and others to make these 'reminder' calls.  This would explain why their phone message does not identify Lincare as the caller, since they would be calling on behalf of any one of a number of clients who use their services.  It is distressing; I do not like it, but I believe this is what's happening.

    They did leave a message on my cell phone but since it's an automated message it starts talking to son and most of the message is cut off. I only got the number. I have not used Lincare in almost a year so they have no reason to call me. I am going to block their number.

    LinCare called to remind me I needed new filters for my Bi-Pap machine.  They were very courteous and passed on some valuable updates for its use. They shipped the filters immediately via FEDEX.

    The caller ID says unavailable but the answering machine picks up and they  identify themselves as Lincare C/PAP I  have found them to be legitimate and helpful .

    Like many others, My wife and I've been receiving these calls for a lot of years. Some are better than others. Sometimes the voice on the other end is good and professional; at other times they sound like a scam. In any event, the cpap industry sure does have an easy entree bilk medicare since those replacement cycles must be legit or Medicare wouldn't pay for them. I understand the health issues (I've been using a cpap for 15 years, now) but 30 days for a facemask seems too frequent. Could be a source for covering uninsured people.

    Thy have called me everyday for 2 weeks ever since i accidentally called them because on a web site they stated they were lincare supplies. THEY ARE NOT!! From calling that wrong number without me giving any info they have stolen my number and i have been computerize solicited telling me my supplies are ready to go. Call them back at 888-544-2715 i am going to find someway to end this. I did contact lincare and told them that they need to lookup lincare online and see how many fictitious companies comes up that are not the company your looking for. Now i type in lincare and i get the correct information.

    I have gotten two calls from this number and am put on hold when I answer so I hang up.  The caller id shows caller not provided, another reason I hang up.

    I've received several calls from "Lincare"  in the last week.  Alarms went off when they asked for my address.  If this group was legitimate they would already have that information.  Lincare has NEVER called me before.  BEWARE!!!

    I know scams.  It sounds like they are helping you, but keep an eye on ypur
    bank accounts and credit cards.  You should slso talk to your Dr's office and ask if they know this providet.  Good luck.

    If the callers do not spefically identify themselves, be Very Careful.  When they called me I could hear other phone calls in the baxkground.  Thst, plus I was asked for info that Lincare would already have.

    This is a legitimate service. For those who don't want the calls to continue please call them back and ask them to remove your number. I use a Bipap machine and they call me when it is time to get my supplies. I have trouble keeping track of when my insurance will cover each part. There are mask cushions, headgear, mask frames, tubing, filters, and the humidifier reservoir. They each get filled on a separate time schedule and it's complicated dealing with Medicares schedules. I am grateful for the calls. The calls are robo-dialed and they connect me with a service person as soon as I pick up. If I don't pick up there is a message on my machine. They do not EVER send me supplies without my approval. They ask me if the items are being replaced due to need or just because it is time for coverage.  The discrepancy in the name, Lincare/Healthcare Solutions is simply one company bought out another. Also your local supplier of the equipment and the suppliers of your accessories may not be communicating correctly. This is an issue I have experienced. Please answer these calls and simply inform them that you no longer wish to be called and have your number removed. As for the no call list, the calls are meant for people who have done business with them and as such are not subject to the same regulations.
