The number that they called me from was (971) 228-7234 which is a local number to me. I let it go to voicemail. The voicemail was from a lady harassing me. Saying they were paid to locate me and will use any info they obtain against me. Resulting in decisions being made without my knowledge or consent. Said that they would send me to jail if they didn't get the personal info they needed as well as a signature on legal documents. If i didn't contact them back in 24 hours they would take further legal action against me which may result in going to court or jail time. I have no idea who these people are. I'm changing my phone number!

Apex Capital Solutions.  They called my number for months, maybe years over a debt once owed by the person that had that number10YEARS AGO. I told the, several times that she was not at this number.  They would promise to rake my number off the lists, but they would call again, daily.   I finally hired one of those debt attorneys and I have NO past due debt, but I need my bus line available for customer calls.   I filed suit and still got a call.  I hope I get a decent settlement for all the aggravation.

It must be a Cashnet loan. Cashnet is the biggest scam out there. Their system got hacked 4 years ago and millions of customers info was stolen and they did not have the balls to come clean so they tell everyone that is trying to collect on their loans they are scams to save face. I bet your letter doesnt say Apex is a scam because if it did they would get sued! 99% of people that take out these loans and do not repay then are scumbags who can not get loans anywhere else because they have already scammed family and friends and can not be trusted to repay anything! The best way not to deal with collection agencies is to pay your bill before it gets charged off! The collection industry employs thousands of people and puts millions of dollars back into the economy, so get a life and pay your bills we all have families to support.

I got a call from acs and associates stating I owe a loan I do owe a loan from mountaintop but I heard acs and associates was a fraud is this true

O am getting the same nessages as all of the above comments.  It's very annoying.  I have contacted the FTC and filed a complaint. These people need to be stopped.

They got me 800 dollars worth

as of 9/10/14 his number belongs to Pima Medical Institute in Tucson, AZ.  Asked to information and they called 2 minutes later and left a message.  LEGIT!

ACS Litigations at it again! Been dealing with this crap for months! Two times today with different numbers. ! Tell them to send you via email, mail or fax, who and what you owe. They can't and won't tell you anything except they will see you at the address. Havnt lived there for 10a years! They will call family n friends to scare u to to pay by 5 or you will be arrested. Call the FTC FBI and give them the info. They will be taken down. Scum

I laugh at calls like this because really if people want me come get me.Cowards scammers think they so bad a** on the phone praying upon the weak as the government assist them in their scams.Other companies like google and social media like facebook sell us out everyday to scammers like this and we the American people are forced to just take it up the a** as they make off with millions.Go on any site and that site gathers your personal information,phone numbers,address,E-mail,and so much more without your knowledge and sell it.That's how they make billions while you get harassed and scammed out of your life savings.Don't like it? Then stop surfing the web!!! I own a web site and already know way more then what most know about the internet and how easy it is to clean your clock with just one click of your mouse clicking on a harmless looking photo or post with a hidden URL link that takes you where ever I want your computer to go gathering up your data and even your exact location on the glob complete with satellite images of your home.Go a step father and lock you out of your own accounts as I download every photo and video file as well as text messages along with all your contacts who with get a fake message with the same URL link and do it all in just a fraction of a second.As they say,"You can't Con a Con".Think the government is willing to help protect you? Nope!!! Who do you think is funding their next election? Honestly the government could easily stop all the harassment but their isn't no money in your pursuit to live in happiness if their buddies can't swindle you out of money protected by laws they are payed by the same scammers you vote to stop.Your Vote Verses Their Money!!! They called me and I was almost dumb enough to send money just to keep my credit report in the green.  The address that was given to me was 27475 need road Temecula .ca 92590.  Good luck!  I hope this helps someone get those sobs.
